Really disappointed.
This VRBO was not properly cleaned and in disrepair. Broken mirror frame, broken microwave handle, broken blinds, bent shower rod, balcony was filthy to the point that we could not use it. Windows were dirty, kitchen drawer was broken, bathroom lighting rusted and bulbs not working and/or missing and the bathroom sink had rusted through. Contacted owner and management company Evolve.Took multiple photos. I have never had a problem with a VRBO before and I do not understand how this condo had such high ratings.

The place is perfect! Small, cozy, colorful and just a great place for a getaway! They made sure we had everything we need such a beach supplies, laundry plates cyps etc. Save your money on gas and just walk everywhere its the perfect area.

Completely enjoyed the location. There is a lot of construction in the area but easy to navigate. The pool was beautiful and clean. The Condo was clean and accomadating. The bed could have been a little higher but it was comfortable. Will do this again!!

Greatness in a Condo
Our stay at the Beach Club Condo was just wonderful. Check in was keyless and a breeze. Property manager kept in contact with me throughout my stay. I was offered complimentary early check in or late check out. The location is great; just a short walk to the beach. Had access to pool and workout room and all the small extras (snack basket, soft tissue, lavender soap, set of wine glasses, table setting) we’re just amazing. Looking forward to staying again.

Great little spot!
This place was awesome. Right next to the beach super clean. Had everything you needed for cooking cleaning if needed. Walked in to a gift basket with snacks toiletries and all kinds of goodies! They even had beach toys and pool toys if you have kids. Property manager was very nice and in communication whenever needed. Will definitely be going back.

The condo was exactly described as is and perfect for a small family. Host was extremely accommodating and quick on responses. Easy access to Whitecap Beach. The hot tub and swimming pool on the property was clean and welcoming after a day at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Communication with the manager was excellent. The property was great! This was the best stocked property I have ever stayed in! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The extra bedding was great to have on hand. The items available for a small child were above and beyond (including a pack-n-play). To top it off welcome basket was such a great touch! I would love to stay here again if we are in the area! Thank you for making out time there so nice!
