Partial Ocean and Lake Views @ Whitecap Beach North Padre Island
Sunkissed Shoreline is fully renovated as of January 2023. This gorgeous one bedroom vacation beach rental on North Padre Island is located off Whitecap Blvd in the beautiful Beach Club Condominium complex. The condo is located on the third floor with stair access. The beach is a short 0.25 mile walk from condo. There is an assigned parking space with additional unassigned overflow parking for vehicles/boats. A vehicle rinsing station to remove unwanted salt and sand, is also located on the property and readily available to guests. Enjoy gated club house amenities, such as: 24 hr. fitness room, heated community swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, and BBQ grills in the family picnic area.

The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with full size appliances and is a great functional space to create meals during your stay. There is a snack bar area with bar stools for the kids or meals on the go as well as a cottage bistro table that is perfect for a couple to enjoy a romantic dinner.

MASTER ENSUITE

Through the privacy door of the bedroom, you will find a serene space to relax after a long day at the beach. Outfitted with a Memory Foam King size bed and Bamboo sheets, a large smart television, a large walk in closet, a window overlooking Lake Padre, and a privacy door leading to the master bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

LOCATION

Sunkissed Shoreline is located in the beach side community of Whitecap Beach on North Padre Island! Grab a fresh juice from Island Squeeze Fresh Juice Bar and Clean Eating before heading out for a day at the beach, or hit the Island Market for some beach snacks and beverages. Take a golf cart ride to Boathouse Grill for lunch by the waterside on Lake Padre. Just around the corner you will discover more restaurants and souvenir shops along the way. Day trips nearby include visiting the Texas State Aquarium, Selena Museum, USS Lexington Museum, Hurricane Alley Waterpark, or catch a baseball game at Whataburger Field and cheer on the Corpus Christi Hooks! Truly, days of fun for all ages!

Simply fantastic on all counts!
Our stay at the condo was terrific! It was impeccably clean, well equipped, and the location was perfect. The hosts were super prompt and helpful in replying to communication. It really was a touch of paradise. It was ideal for a family of three, but would work equally well for four people. We hope to come back some day!

Nice property for small family
My husband, seven-year-old son and myself spent a weekend at this property to watch a solar eclipse. The property was just the right size for us, and there were dishes enough for our small family. We had enough room on the balcony to all watch the eclipse, and we enjoyed watching fish jumping in the pond, as well. The unit was clean and orderly, and we appreciated the coffee and wine available!

SO CLEAN! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was SO comfortable! Lots of windows and sunlight! Lovely patio on balcony with a nice view. Nice to have the pool and whirlpool on property. Easy access to beach! We plan to stay here again as we family that live on North Padre and visit often.

Beautiful beach condo!
Condo is so cute and well decorated. I love how bright and beachy it feels. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have slept on in a rental! We loved the ocean view from the balcony and watching the fish and crabs in the pond below. Complex pool and hot tub were nice sized and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Just a perfect little beach condo
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this condo. It has everything you need for a beach vacation. The unit itself is recently renovated with well appointed decor.Very clean and comfortable. Overall amenities on site - pond, pool, etc - are fabulous as well. Whitecap beach is a five minute walk down the road and very easily accessible via car if you have the beach parking permit. Our kiddos summed it up best when they said 'We want to come back here and we want to stay in this exact place'!

Beautiful condo. Two minutes from gorgeous whitecap beach, you can drive onto the beach itself. Fully furnished, but don’t forget your shampoo and soap! Loved being able to be so close to the beach and a big pool. Makes life so easy when you can cook and do laundry as well. The owner was very available for any questions we had. Adorable, Convenient GEM of a place!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This little gem of a vacation home is LOVELY! Communication with the host was exceptionally easy and timely. I had no problems with payment, understanding the requirements/rules of the home/pool/parking/beach access. The wide screen TVs have access to online networks so you can log in to your own Netflix, Hulu, or Youtube...and more...accounts and pick up where you left off viewing something that you were watching at home! Be sure to log off before you go. :) The kitchen has everything you need. The owners even left two mugs in the freezer for that first cold vacation beer! Very thoughtful! Keurig pot and some pods to make a coffee in the morning while you listen to the nearby waves on the beach from the balcony is just awesome! This place had everything we needed. The beach really is just a straight shot down to the end of the street and you could be there within one minute by car if you decide to buy the beach access pass, which is good for the rest of the year at $12 in July '23. Fantastic Beach! As a side note, this place does not have elevator access so unfortunately, for those who have mobility problems, it could be a serious challenge getting up to the third floor. But if that's no worry for your family, you'd be lucky to score a stay at this adorable, modern, very comfortable home! I'm very grateful to have gotten to get away with my daughter before the school year picks up again and I barely get to see her face! :P

Awesome beach
My husband and I travel alot. I can honestly say this condo is amazing. It has everything you could possibly need. The amenities are outstanding. It has gorgeous views and is near the pool. The best part however, is how close it is to the beach! Is it walkable? Well, yes! But why would you when for a small fee you can drive on the beach. Just load your chairs, umbrella and cooler and enjoy!!

Relax in a 5 star condo
This was a very beautiful condo. The place had everything you need it in basically. They had good stuff to like Dove body wash & Tide detergent. They even had a surround sound on the living room tv. The bed is so super soft. The blanket is amazing and comfy. The air felt super awesome and it blew out strong! The condo smelled so good and fresh. The floor was so clean unlike most places. You could actually walk barefoot. I wanted to go fishing and asked if they had poles. They did but went out their way to buy 2 poles & all that's needed for them. Wow! The location was so peaceful and extra quiet which we loved! Sunkissed Shoreline was something special! Don't take my word for it, go see for yourselves!
