Spring is a great time to enjoy the beach and this property is only a block away!
This spacious 4-bedroom 3 bath two story condo offers bright living areas with cool coastal colors.

Secret Waves is a spectacular corner lot property located one block from the beach with a fenced in back yard, BBQ grill and a shared heated swimming pool. It sleeps up to 10 guests.
Enjoy your nights listening to the ocean waves and feeling the sea breeze. 8 vacationers can enjoy dinner at the large table in the dining area and another 2 can be seated at the breakfast bar. With two living areas, everyone has a place to relax after a day at the beach.
Downstairs living area boasts a large screen cable TV with sectional sofas. The upstairs living allows the kids to watch their own movies featuring a large Flat screen TV on the queen sleeper sofa.
With granite counters, stainless steel appliances and well stocked cabinets, whipping up your favorite meals in the kitchen is a breeze.
The master suite downstairs has a King bed with a large flat screen TV. Next door is a full master bath and powder room with tub/shower combination.
The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs with 2 full baths. The second and third bedrooms have access to a private balcony overlooking the pond where you can enjoy the coastal breeze with your morning coffee. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, and they both share a full bath with tub/shower combination. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds, located next to the laundry room with a shared en-suite bathroom with walk-in glass shower. All bedrooms feature a smart flat screen TV.
Entertaining in the backyard is a plus. Enjoy cookouts on the charcoal grill with your favorite beverage in the seating area.
THE LOCATION: BEACH BEACH BEACH! Enjoy a relaxing day in the sand as we are just a 5 min. walk to the beach. Enjoy an afternoon of surf and sun or lounge at the community pool. The pool is heated during the colder months.
A golf cart is a must at this location! Centrally located to downtown Port Aransas where you can shop at the gift shops, enjoy dinners on the water or indulge your sweet tooth at one of the islands ice cream spots.
Want to golf? We are a 4-minute drive to the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course.
Additional Features at the vacation rental include Wi-Fi, complementary cable for the downstairs/upstairs living rooms and the master bedroom downstairs. Flat screen smart Tv’s in all upstairs bedrooms. Washer/dryer, community heated pool, private balcony, towels & linens, concierge service available, and designated parking for two cars in the driveway.

Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
At least a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup towels, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent is provided as well as a couple of coffee pods with creamer and sugar. Things to bring: Beach / pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella or canopy, sunscreen, food, condiments, ice chest for your beach drinks, etc.. Cable / WIFI is provided but outages on the island does occur at times. We can not guarantee the reliability of those networks.
Each property is treated for pest control but on the island, mosquitos and bugs are plentiful.

Parking is limited to the assigned parking spots only. City paid parking is available. A Maximum of 10 guest are allowed on property at any time. There is no smoking or vaping on the property.
This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, Port Aransas Island Rentals LLC., and the homeowner. By making a reservation with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated below.
As per Federal Law, Port Aransas Island Rentals, LLC., has the right to refuse service to anyone.
You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and book a vacation property and must be one of the guests staying in the rental home.
Verification may be required prior to or during your stay.

THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:
Every effort has been made to show and describe the rental property as it is actual but we cannot guarantee all items shown in pictures and as described will actually be available as homeowners upgrade and remove items from time to time.
Each home is privately owned, furnished, and equipped by the homeowner. Guests agree to take responsibility for treating the home with care.
Trash service days will be posted inside the home. Please follow the directions so that trash is picked up.
Removal or rearrangement of furniture is prohibited and may result in additional fees.
Guests will be charged for any damage or destruction of property caused by any of the guest, or if extra cleaning required.
Certain areas in each rental property may be inaccessible for personal owner's storage and guests may not access these areas.
Guests are responsible for doing their own dishes and properly bagging the trash and taking it out. Trash collection days will be posted inside of the home.
Our properties may have cable, satellite TV or streaming services, however, properties are individually owned, and we cannot guarantee TV channel availability. Rental properties do not necessarily offer premium packages, Movie Channels, Sports Channels, Pay-Per-View, etc. Occasionally there are interruptions in cable, satellite service, and/or internet services due to unforeseen circumstances.
We do not guarantee the availability of cable, satellite service or internet. No refunds will be offered if service is down, but we will make every effort to correct the problem in a timely manner.

Hereinafter known as the “Premises.”

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Lease Term”).
After you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email of the payment receipt and details of the reservation. By accepting the terms of this rental agreement, you authorize Port Aransas Island Rentals LLC., to automatically charge your credit card on file for your remaining balance unless you make other payment arrangements.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
All rental properties are located within private neighborhoods and guests shall not trespass into other properties within the neighborhood. Occupancy and use of premises or amenities should not disturb or offend neighbors or residents by means of parties, excessive noise, obnoxious behavior, excessive speeding through neighborhoods, discharge of fireworks, or any other noise-inducing mechanisms.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 10 guests.
If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.
IF YOU ARE FOUND TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT OF YOUR HOME, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A BREACH OF CONTRACT AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION, AND NO REFUNDS.
BOOKING FEES. The Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.
UTILITIES. The Host shall be responsible for all utilities and services to the Premises EXCEPT for the following: None.
Agreement:
Security Deposit amount as detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within the State's requirements after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless the Host gives their written consent.
PETS. If the Host does not allow pets, here are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
Pet friendly homes are listed as so on the property information page. In those homes, the following terms and conditions apply: A non-refundable pet fee, per pet is charged per stay for all pets. Pets must be completely housebroken, well behaved, and pest free. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please pick up after your pet.
A kennel will be provided at each property for your pet to stay in while left alone. Guests will be charged for additional cleaning for removing pet hair and other pet-related material from furniture or the yard or any damage that occurs. Pets shall not be left uncrated while alone on premises. Guests agree to pay for any damages caused by pets. If pets have an accident indoors, all clean-up will be performed by the guest. Guests must agree to clean up all outdoor pet waste and deposit in outside garbage cans. Failure to comply with pet clean-up policy on the premises may result in additional cleaning charges that will be charged to the guest's credit card. Guests always agree to be in full control of their pets and take full responsibility for their pets’ wellbeing. Area leash laws must be followed. If any of these Pet Policy items are not met, Guests are in violation of this Agreement

Thanksgiving stay
Stayed a full week for Thanksgiving. Check in was easy. The manager was quick to answer questions I had. The pictures were very accurate. Close walk to beach. Would recommend and use again.

Don't let the exterior fool you, the condo is very nice, well furnished and roomy. The complex was completely occupied over Labor Day but everyone was friendly and well behaved. Easy access to all Port A and Corpus Christi have to offer. Would definitely recommend!

There were some dumpster issues outside of the property which was in no way under the control of the owner or property management company but once I addressed the issue to management, They took it upon themselves to take care of the problem immediately. The property is an older one, but has been updated and adorably decorated and updated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
