„They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. „I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes.“

„Great place to stay. facilities are easily accessible. There is a shuttle which is very frequent until 10pm. The beach is walkable distance as well as the country club with the infinity pool. The host has been in touch promptly and provided necessary information about the stay and what is provided for and what is available in the resort. „When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.“

„The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access ...

„The Calayo resort itself where we stayed is good including the staff, there is a swimming pool, so if you will not like to swim in the dirty sea you have the option. The downside is that there is no wifi and some of the facilities like shower, cabinets are broken.“
