This home, with its brand new contemporary interior, spacious and private setting, and beautiful views of both farmland and mountains, is just the place to settle in and plan your adventures in the area. A relaxing deck area with a table and seating, is great for enjoying morning coffee, or gazing at Montana's Big Sky at night. A gas-operated wood-stove-style fireplace in the living room offers cozy ambiance. Five minutes from convenience groceries, fuel, drug store, and ten minutes from historic Hamilton, established by thoroughbred horse icon Marcus Daly. Short bike ride to trails and river access.
Dogs welcome upon approval. Pet fee required. Property is not fenced, so pets must be supervised.

Lovely house, all the amenities, great location
We stayed for an extended weekend for a volleyball tournament in Corvallis. The house was perfect for us, it had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and the beds were comfy. Loved the homey feel. Enjoyed 3 hikes within 15 mins of the house between games. Gayle answered all my questions right away.

Don’t be fooled by this “rural” look. This house is 5 minutes from downtown Hamilton in Corvallis, MT. The house is beautifully remodeled. Easy access to the activities in the Bitteroot Valley. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Fantastic single story home in beautiful Montana location
This was my second stay at this lovely single story home. Very easy access for this "senior"...beautifully decorated and very well stocked kitchen, baths, etc. Large deck for entertaining! Special entertainment for 4th of July!! Views are outstanding...and just a short drive to town for any needed items or dining out. Thank you to Gayle for her constant and accurate communications!!! Definitely will be back!!!!

Slice of Heaven
We traveled to Montana for a surgical procedure for our dog. We always look for places with comfy sofas (which I was skeptical at first) but once we settled in the 2 sofas were amazingly comfortable as well as a King size bed. The house was more than we could have asked for. Clean as a whistle, every appliance at your disposal, BBQ & AC was a welcome treat and a fabulous host to communicate with. We needed a place with minimal steps for the dog. The 2 or 3 steps onto the patio were navigated with the dog ramp. We even found a comfy dog bed for our girl to rest on. Thank you, Gayle! Your home was our blessing. We will be returning to the Corvallis/Hamilton area within 6 months for another ACL surgery. We would highly recommend this home. Beautiful mountain & farm field views, as well as a few deer visiting the yard to graze in the early evenings.

Nature stay
Such a wonderful quaint home. It was a nature oasis. We saw deer everyday from our windows. The land all around is quiet and open. There are a few extra steps to clean up right before check out so be prepared for that but the place was wonderful. Gayle was a wonderful host. It was a peaceful place to come back to.
