Modern, bright home w/ open floor plan and patio

Relax in style in our newly remodeled and fully equipped 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home with outdoor patio and grill as well as high speed internet. We put a lot of love in this place and strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and ideal for families, a group of friends as well as business travelers. It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, banks etc. and one block from the bus stop. OSU and Reser stadium, Samaritan Hospital, Corvallis Clinic and HP are just within a 10-minute drive.

Open Floor Concept to Relax or Entertain
The open floor plan creates a great space for family/friends gatherings and the cozy living room is equipped with a 4k smart TV with Roku and Netflix as well as an Xbox One with some games. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The house has both air-conditioning and heating. Depending on your preference, the heating can be controlled individually in each bedroom.

Bedrooms
The three bedrooms are located upstairs. We use protective covers for mattresses as well as pillows to guarantee best hygiene standards. A Pack'n'Play with Bassinet is available for our little guests.

Bathrooms
One full bathroom upstairs and a brand new one downstairs with an extra large spa-like shower. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as fresh towels. You'll also find a hair dryer and first aid kit.

Kitchen & Dining
The new kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with necessary cooking ware and utensils. The beautiful reclaimed wood dining table seats 6 people comfortably.

Patio with Grill & Outdoor Dining
Enjoy a nice BBQ or breakfast outdoors on our patio, which comes with gas grill and outdoor furniture with sun protection.

Guest Access
You'll be able to enter the property at any time during your stay with a code that will be provided before your arrival. If you have any questions or need anything, you can always contact us.

Other things to note
The place is thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay and fresh linen and towels are provided.
You’ll also find a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher, first aid kid, as well as an assortment of magazines.

Parking
The garage fits one car. Additional parking space for one car is available in front of the house and street parking is also possible for free.

If you love nature, Martin Luther King Park with several hiking trails is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Corvallis Oregon family vacation
We went to Corvallis for a family vacation. The home was very modern. Clean and comfortable. The beds were so comphy. The rainfall shower head was definitely a plus. It has a BBQ that was ready to go. When I had a question it was immediately answered. Loved our stay and would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Corvallis Townhome
My mother, sister and I met in Corvallis where my niece lives. This townhome is fairly close to my niece’s house in a pretty area. We enjoyed the hiking trail right next to it. It was pretty warm while we were there and the AC wall units were helpful. I noticed the vacuum wasn’t great and probably needs an upgrade and carpet cleaning.

We had a very nice time and enjoyed the location. The only thing that was not accurate in the listing is the large air conditioner units in the bedroom windows. We were not able to close the blinds all the way and some of the windows did not have screens so we couldn’t have them open. The main level was perfect for card playing and games. Really fun time has by all.

Great for our stay
The property is very clean and in a mostly quiet neighborhood - there is a resident turkey that wakes up early!! Quick and easy drive to OSU. The property owners were very quick to respond to questions. Definitely would stay again.

Wonderful Holiday
We rented the townhouse for a week during the Easter holiday. The townhouse was in a beautiful neighborhood. We were able to see deer in the morning and evening around the neighborhood feeding on grass. We first heard wild turkeys and then located them up in the neighborhood trees. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The living and dining area looked out to.an open area that we were able to go outside and enjoy. The neighborhood was very quiet. We loved everything about our stay and our looking forward to staying again in the future. Will definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

Met our needs
In our view it could use end tables next to the living room chair, couch and loveseat. (No place to set drinks or snacks) The living room furniture (seating) is very uncomfortable. Could use more kitchen towels and at least one or two dish clothes. Other than that the house was adequately equipped.

Convenient and cute!
This was a great place to stay. Very clean, updated and close to everything. The hosts were wonderful and communicated instructions well. No complaints at all, the place worked out so well for a few friends who wanted to reminisce about their college days!
