Avoid At All Costs... Terrible experience and no consideration from Smoky Mountain Falls Inc. due to Hurricane Helene yesterday, our family could not arrive at the cabin as of 2pm the police closed I-40 and surrounding roads as the entire area was flooded. Check-in would be @ 4pm. The company didn't have any common courtesy, consideration or value for human life to give us a warning. When we reached out to Debbie, she stated : "Your cabin was available for your reservation. There were no issues with it. Since it was available for you use the reservation in non changeable and non refundable." My family and I didn't even ask for a refund however we ask for a solution due the circumstances. My husband was planning a memorable surprise to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary and the company knew before hand.
"Money" certainly spoke louder words with SMFalls inc. Not a pleasant memorable lasting trip as we thought. No Morals, Empathy, Respect, Common Consideration or FamilyValues.....
