Do not book!
Missing check-in info: Nobody told us how to check-in until we texted the owner on the day of our check-in. No reception. Explanation on how to check in only via WhatsApp which seemed very unprofessional.
Wrong room: We booked a superior room with a kitchen but instead got a small room with two single beds, no kitchen, no fridge, no microwave. The owner let us check-in into the wrong room and said she didn't know we booked the superior room. Our room was not available because the shower was broken so we had no chance but stay in this small room. We needed to throw away the food and drinks we bought because we thought we would be getting a fridge!!!
Very bad communication: Communication was only possible via WhatsApp, no phone calls possible because the owner was driving or working. It felt like a scam. We told the owner what happened and that she gave us the wrong room. She said she can't give us a refund and that there are no other rooms available (even though they were still rooms available on hotels.com and other websites for the duration of our stay).
Not soundproof: The rooms are labeled as soundproof which they are not at all. You can hear the guests in the room next to you every time they move in bed and can hear every single word they say. It felt like having no privacy at all.
