„Fijne tijd gehad in een ruim, sfeervol ingericht appartement midden in bruisend Llanes. Het appartement was fijn en rook soms wat muf of naar riool. Gelukkig is deze lucht grotendeels opgelost door de eigenaresse. “

„The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks. The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries), ...

„Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. Alicia, the landlady, always answered all questions promptly and helpfully. Cira, the supervisor in San Vicente, gave us helpful tips on site. Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana.“
