„We really enjoyed our stay. With 5 people the beds were enough and fairly comfortable. There was enough living space and a nice kitchen though we only stayed for the night. The place was clean. It was nice we could make a fire but had to use the air conditioning to keep the place warm. Only annoyance was the hot water we had to adjust as it was too cold for winter and took a while to warm up for the morning shower. Would go back just because of the breakfast choices!“

„Paula etait réellement très attentionnée et sympathique. Elle nous a changé de chambre pour etre mieux installé quand elle a remarqué que nous voyagions avec 2 adolescentes. Le site rural était parfait pour la détente et la relaxation tout en étant enchanteur. La chambre était propre et les lits très confortables.“

„Freundliches Personal, sehr schönes Hotel sowie auch sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten. Am Abreisetag mussten wir früh los, uns wurde daher angeboten, dass wir das Frühstück bereits ab 7 Uhr einnehmen konnten (regulär ab 8.30 Uhr).“

„Piscine payant 15Euro par personne. Plus casque de bain 5 Euro. Pas écrit nul par piscine payant. FUITE DE GAZ dans la chambre de billard. L'établissement était au corant et ne fait rien pour empêcher les gens d'y rentrer. Malde tête pour moi et toute la famille. Chalet très beau. 3 belles chambres. "Das Luna Hotel Serra da Estrela war eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde umgehend behoben. Der Wunsch meiner Frau nach einem kleineren Kissen wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück liess für uns keine Wünsche offen. Da hatte es alles was man in einem Hotel erwarten darf. Das Hotel als Ausgangslage für Wanderungen ist sehr gut gelegen. Parkplätze hat es mehr als genug. Dieses Hotel können wir jedem nur empfehlen und würden es sofort wieder buchen."
