„Our stay at the farmhouse was amazing, the cottage was clean and had everything we needed, although the weather was poor we managed to have a great time and we were greeted by a little grey cat which was adorable, thank you to the staff for making the stay the best if could be!“

„This property is fabulous. It is definitely a home from home, has everything you need & i would live here full-time. Fantastic views & very central to town. The beds are very comfortable & has great extras like phone chargers for any phone. Power shower & as it was a winter holiday the heating kept the house lovely & cosy. We had the best time & a very restful holiday. The hosts were attentive & went above & beyond when i accidentally left my jewellery. We would highly recommend this property ...

„ Beautiful property, the pictures do not do justice to just how lovely and spacious this cottage is. My daughter and her partner had an amazing time making the most of the peaceful rural setting. The hosts were very helpful and had made it feel very festive with lovely decorations and Christmas crackers on the bed. A memorable stay.“

„This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!“

„The house is really nice and offers plenty of space for a bigger group of people as it has a big living room with cosy fireplace, a really big and well equipped kitchen, a big table where you can gather to eat. Also really nice sleeping rooms with enough showers/toilets. The location of the house directly on the loch is priceless and the views are breathtaking… Scotland at its best, hope to come back soon!“

„This cottage made it easy to fall in love with Scotland. We felt at home, nice walks with the dogs were possible, restaurant, café, brewery and a farm shop were close. We did a boat trip on Loch Gloi, played golf in Inveraray and visited Inveraray Castle (Downtonabbey fans will know it). The only thing to say: There is not a big street passing by the house, but you can hear the cars and motorcycles on the street around Loch Fyne. „Great modern open-plan architecture. The kitchen, the living room and the dining room were essentially one big room with beautiful interior that reminded us of a boutique hotel. Everything was spotless and squeaky clean including the modern bathrooms. washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are all included and are also well maintained and of the latest model. „Gute Ausgangslage für einen Besuch im Kilmartin Glen. Direkt neben dem Pup mit einer sehr netten Bar und einem netten Wirt.“

„Absolutely stunning villa, over looking the beautiful Scottish Islands. We had a wonderful welcome of champagne, chocolates, and fresh vases of flowers were in every room! Beautifully decorated to a really high standard, and every room had incredible sea views. We loved the BBQ hut and hot tub. “

„Wir haben eine Woche mit 6 Personen im Eckford-House verbracht und waren leider etwas enttäuscht. Die Lage ist prima. Nach Dunoon sind es nur 10 Minuten und auch in den Argyll-Forest und zu vielen darin angesiedelten Wanderungen ist es nicht weit, bzw sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus entsprach leider nicht dem Standard welchen wir von den Bildern vermutet hatten. Alles war handwerklich eher im schwierigen Zustand. „Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche zu 7 in dem schönen großzügigen Haus mit wundervoller Terrasse und Meerblick zu jeder Zeit bei jedem Wetter (wir hatten an 5 Tagen Sonne!). Wir beobachteten Delfine, Robben und Otter. Mit Auto ist es kein Problem, in alle Richtungen zu reisen: Oban mit Kollosseum, Fähre nach Mull und Staffa, wandern auf Kerrera, wandern entlang von Steinkreisen und Castles im Süden. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, vielen Dank für das schöne Haus!“

„We arrived to the property and received a warm welcome with lots of thoughtful extras. The property is immaculately presented and full of homely touches which make it a real pleasure to stay in. The location of the property was ideal for our day trips exploring the local area. We had beautiful weather throughout our stay too which just enhanced our break. We would highly recommend the property. Just perfection.“

"Très joli environnement, plutôt bien entretenu, personnel très aimable et prévenant, très bien mangé au restaurant, chambre de belle taille et confortable. Un bon séjour. 2 remarques tout de même: la terrasse devrait être fermée au plus tard à 23.00 histoire qu’on puisse dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes puisqu’il n’y a pas la climatisation dans les chambres et ce serait bien qu’une indication «s’assoir/s’allonger » sur une serviette soit mise sur la porte du sauna, question d’hygiène 😉"

"Hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren zu 3 und hatten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht gehabt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Das zusätzliche Bett war zwar etwas zu kurz. Das lag aber eher an unsere Körpergröße von über 2 Meter. Es gibt die Möglichkeit im Hotel zu Frühstücken. Dies sollten Sie aber gleich mit buchen. Alles andere kostet nur extra. Ein Tag vorher buchen 12 Pfund, am Morgen das Frühstück bezahlen 17 Pfund. Der Pool im Hotel war zwar etwas klein aber schön warm. Auch gab es dort Liegen zum Entspannen. "
