„Lots of room. Extremely clean and comfortable.Host was very attentive and responds quickly to emails. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay. Would recommend this location to friends and family. Our 7 year old loved playing the game jenga that was available. So nice having a laundry facilities! Water filter was great and once again this place was super clean and nice!“

„It is actually about a mile and a half from where the address shows on google maps. There is almost nothing in the area. You have to get a cab into town for anything at all. The apartment itself was not terrible but the a/c is pointed right at the bed. Check out is at 10:AM. Do not recommend it. “

„This property is beautiful. Wide, clean, full of space and light. The sofas are comfortable—designed to allow people to gather together and linger. The TV is huge. It has a convenient kitchen, a large dining table, and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The electronic blinds, ceiling fans on those high ceilings, and ac are wonderful, though we didn’t use much ac. I was looking forward to using a kettle to make tea, since a kettle was in the description but we were given a coffee maker since the coffee maker in the apartment didn't work. „My husband and I visited Cozumel for our first time on an anniversary trip. We love to snorkel, so the location was great with having a rental car. If you do t have transportation, it is a bit far from a lot of the restaurants and action in town. The condo was clean and had all we wanted except for laundry facilities and little things like seasoning, a dishrag or dish towel, a strainer for the small one basin sink for washing dishes, a place to hang dry clothes after the beach etc. They do have ...

„Lots of room for the group, family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, lots of room for baby to play in. felt secure in the building and with two large grocery store close by we had lots of choice with regards to groceries. Es gibt nur sieben Appartments, und einen Patio mit Grillecke. Sogar ein kleiner Pool steht zur Verfügung, und alles ist sehr gepflegt. "occidental - nie mehr. maximal 3 sternehotel. keine ahnung warum die 5 sterne haben. bereits beim check in sehr unfreundliches personal. haben unterkunft gebucht für 3 erwachsene (doppelzimmer mit 2 doppelbetten) und ein zimmer erhalten mit nur einem doppelbett. das hotel gab an, dass die zimmer welche man bucht nicht garantiert sind und sie aktuell kein anderes zimmer hätten. 5 sternehotel gebucht - eine person musste dann auf einem kinderklappbett schlafen ! wiederholten reklamationen unsererseits ist auch der manager gekonnt ausgewichen, es wurde immer wieder auf ebookers verwiesen. am letzten tag haben sie uns noch einen restaurantbesuch angeboten, dass sowieso schon inklusive war (all inklusive). essen und trinken war schlecht - getränke ohne kohlensäure. es gab nie badetücher, jeden tag musste man warten und dann haben sie oft streng gerochen. kaum mehr strand vorhanden, wird von der strömung abgetragen (da können sie aber nichts für). das einzig tolle war die gartenanlage, welche sehr gepflegt war. wir empfehlen es überhaupt nicht. "
