Villa Debra - Luxus am Strand

Villa Debra ist ein luxuriöses 4-Schlafzimmer-Haus direkt am Strand an der Costa del Sol - eine Gated Community am Meer. Die Haustür ist nur 65 Meter von der türkisfarbenen und transparenten Meer. Das Meer vor innerhalb der Grenzen des Cozumel Reefs National Park. Dieses Haus befindet sich südlich von Chankanaab National Park und nur 15 Autominuten von der Innenstadt von San Miguel. Das luxuriöse Haus ist Teil der Wohnanlage Costa del Sol, mit 24 Stunden Sicherheit, 135 ft Pier, 400 m Strand, Infinity-Pool und Kinderbecken. Tauchclubs können mehrere Häuser in der Gemeinde zu mieten, um größere Gruppen unterzubringen. Frage mich nur über diese.

Priceless Family Vacation

Our family had a fantastic week at the Queen of Cozumel. We woke up to the most beautiful view from our bedroom that we just had to lay there and admire it for a while: a perfect white sand beach with cushy lounge chairs under palm trees looking out over every shade of blue in the Carribean. We had such a great time playing with our kids and grandkids in the sand, in the ocean, and in the pool.The sunset views from our dinner table on the upper deck will stick with us for a long while! We love the Queen!

We stayed at the Queen of Cozumel for the second time and it was even better than the first. It was fully stocked with all of the essentials and lots of little touches that make it special, from hooks in the walk-in showers for swimsuits to pool toys and snorkeling gear. The location is right on the beach and has a pier for boats to pick up our divers. We will definitely go back in the future.

Wow, just WOW

This might just be the best vacation experience we've ever had. We traveled to Cozumel with a large group (4 adults, and 7 teens/early 20's). This house and property completely exceeded our expectations. First, Jasianna, our host, was incredibly gracious, helpful, and responsive. Her recommendations for chef service were spot on (both the hibachi experience and the mexican barbeque were phenomenal), she also had great recommendations for taxi service, excursions, and arranged for grocery delivery for us. Because of this, we didn't feel we needed to rent a car, which saved us both money and hassle. Second, the house was just perfect for our needs. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels and extras like a small cooler, a soccer ball, etc that made the trip feel more like home. And, it was spotless - seriously the cleanest VRBO I think we've ever had anywhere. The layout was great, we especially loved the 2nd story deck for unwinding after an active day. And, with 11 people, there were plenty of bathrooms, which was important! Third, the location is perfect. The community is quiet and safe, with a shared pool, beach and dock. The security guards were super helpful and friendly, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. It was walking distance to a great beach club (Paradise) where we spent a fun all-inclusive day, and also walking distance to the BEST taco stand. 10/10 highly recommend this property for your next trip!

Wonderful house and location!

Jasianna Jaxen’s beach house is beautiful and great for families. The pots and pans were pristine, instead of peeling Teflon often found at other places. Beach towels and toys were provided. Our dive boat came right to the pier in front of the house. The grandkids loved the shallow kid’s pool while the adults cooled off in the regular one. We’re already discussing when we can return.

Great place!

This was our family’s dream vacation and the Costa del Sol Community and this rental made it all work! The home was neatly kept and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed to cook and were able to fit in eleven of us without a problem. The location was out of town, but the fishing/snorkeling boat came right to our dock. Getting around with rentals was easy. The island is a very welcoming place and our entire family felt right at home. Take advantage of having Jasianna get you groceries for your arrival. It made the first night an morning so simple. We were busy running around for the first two days so she wasn’t able to collect her money until Wednesday but she was just fine with it. The front gate security was outstanding and very helpful. They hauled all our luggage both ways when we arrived and departed. They received a delivery supper order and brought it right to us. The housekeeping was great. There was some storm damage when we arrived and one of the maintenance crew was right there the next day. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

Renewing Family Vacation in the Sun

The pictures of this property are great, but they still don't do the property justice. The property is more amazing in person than the pictures portray! The house is spacious with more than enough room for everyone. The private beach was our favorite place to be the entire week, from morning coffees to evening sunsets. Jasianna is the perfect host. She helped us with a snorkel tour that was amazing! And they picked us up right at the dock outside our backdoor. She also arranged cab rides, and groceries for our first night there as we arrived very late. I highly recommend this property. We plan to come back again.

A trip to Paradise!!

Probably one of the best places I have stayed when you look a everything. A beautiful, well stocked home directly on the each! That in itself is enough, but add to the fact that that you are in a gated community of about 20 homes, some private, some rentals but all beautifully maintained! The community pool was probably one of the cleanest I have seen! But the best part is the owner...the most attentive, accommodating and passionate people I have met! You need to go here...you will not be sorry!

Outstanding Covid-Safe Scuba Getaway

The home was perfect for our family & friends to get away! The 4 en-suite bedrooms were immaculate, the kitchen ideal for our hired-chef for the week / Everything was perfect and Jasianna - the property owner and very attentive experience manager - was such a help throughout our stay. She helped us to hire a chef, Fernando, for daily lunch & dinner (incredible meals!) so that we could dive each morning and come home to a healthy lunch and then a late dinner. We highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
