„This was our first experience with HI Express. We were pleasantly surprised! The layout of the room was well thought out and it was obvious that the hotel had been recently renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a full breakfast, not just continental. The rate was reasonable. We've decided to make this our hotel for when we visit Staunton.“

„This was THE best place I have ever stayed. I was traveling with my four kiddos and husband and there was plenty of space for us. The free snacks and ice cream made the stay for them memorable. The building itself had been beautifully restored and the space is huge. There is a great quiet and picturesque place to read and a beautiful old library with a gorgeous pool table for some fun. I can’t wait to go back! Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless. I can’t recommend this place ...

„Had a girls weekend & stayed in the top floor 2 bedroom suite. It was a perfect getaway, with ample room. The kitchen was great for a quick breakfast before heading out and the living room was great for watching a movie at night. Parking was provided behind the house, but we didn’t need to move the car after parking originally because everything was very walkable. „Not wanting a stuffy hotel we opted for an apartment type rental. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having a couch to feel at home to watch TV made our stay homey. Absolutely loved the decor with a theme throughout the place. I love the charm of the old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. If I get back to Staunton I will definitely stay here! “

„I only stayed for one night, but it was wonderful. The door was thin even though the walls were thick, so it was weird being able to hear people through the door as they walked by. The space was interesting, in a cute historical building kind of way. The hotel was in walking distance of all the major areas of interest and restaurants in the downtown area.
