„This was a last-minute reservation. The home was just as described. Guests included myself (Mom) and two of my sons. We felt safe and were very comfortable at this home for our few nights' stay. My boys fished the canal and thought that was a blast. They also played games provided by the homeowner. We cooked most meals at the home and had plenty of kitchen necessities. The beds were comfy, the showers worked great, laundry machines worked well. Overall, a great stay!“

„We all really enjoyed staying there. There were 6 of us, my husband and I, plus a mixture of young adults and one teenager. It was perfect for us. „We spent very little time at the cottage as we were looking for a home to buy during our stay. The cottage was very clean and everything was in good working order. Plenty of towels available and the bed was comfortable. The cottage is very small and is meant for two guests only. We did not utilize the grounds or spring in the back due to our short stay. „The house was beautiful and very roomy for our 12 family members. There was a bathroom in every room and the two balconies were screened in plus the short walk to the dock where we kept our boat. The weather for the week was perfect for scalloping and we achieved our limit in scallops each day, we will be back and will rent this house again “

„Amazing property with all the comforts of home. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary supplies, the mattresses were comfortable, outdoor space is functional for relaxing and entertaining. Boat ramp 3 minutes away. Dockage associated with community has covered spots, power and water. Just be ready for a 5 min walk to slip. Load boat from house then launch. Property is highly recommended.“

„The Otter House is really nice, spacious and comfortable. The view of the river is spectacular. My husband fished from the dock the entire stay and caught LOTS of fish. Used nightcrawlers on the bottom. The yard was really nice for the dog. The restaurant down the street had great food. “
