However, the cleanliness was concerning - the toilet was only spot cleaned as evident by the dirty underside of the toilet seat and hair was left in the shower and on bed sheets. When I called to request maintenance for a slow drain and reported the cleaniness issues she apologized. Not much more they could do at that point. This rental was perfect, it was just the two if us and we felt safe and had all the comforts of home. Easy check-in process and owner was very responsive. Location was ideal, close to her gym as well as restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.“
