Wunderschön renovierte 4-Bett-, 4, 5-Bad-Ranch am Crystal River mit beheiztem Salzwasserpool und 2 Bootsanlegestellen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Queen-Size-Bett, Sitzecke, privates Master-Bad mit Badewanne, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile mit Gasherd und großem Kühlschrank und Flachbild-TV. Der Sitzbereich öffnet sich zum abgeschirmten Pooldeck und ungehindertem Blick auf den Fluss.

The Second Master bietet ein Queen-Size-Bett, Master-Bad, begehbarer Kleiderschrank und Flachbild-TV. Der zweite Master öffnet sich auch zum abgeschirmten Pooldeck.

Another Fantastic Stay!
Each January we travel to Crystal River with a group of 14 women to swim with the Florida manatees. Its a high energy week and finding the right place to " call home" is really important. The waterfront house on Watersedge Dr is absolutely perfect for large groups. The shared living space is ideal for a group with plenty of comfy chairs and couches with a huge TV set. The rooms are all so well appointed and the kitchen is so easy to navigate. Sunrises are stunning over the water and the backyard is complete with a dock, kayaks, grilling station, lounge chairs and a fire pit.Our host, Chris was always available to answer questions before our arrival and during the trip. It is without hesitation that I recommend this beautiful spacious home for your next family gathering.

Spectacular!
Had an absolute blast at this home! Our highlights were definitely the pool, kayaking with dolphins and manatees, fishing, and just relaxing by the fire pit. House was well furnished (way more than what we were expecting) and the host was amazing with communication and answering any questions we had.

This was a great house for our family Christmas. We needed a place where all family members could stay, and this house had more than enough room for all of us. We cooked, baked and played games. There was room for all of us to sit and watch tv at night in the comfortable recliner sofas.

Holiday Family Gathering
Perfect home for our Family. Newly renovated home that had everything we needed. Very well laid out home for all of our guest. We enjoyed the heated pool and patio. We were also able to relax by the firepit with our entire family. The dock worked great for us to use our boat and enjoyed exploring and seeing the manatees. We were able to watch the Christmas boat parade from the back patio. The host was very informative and answered all of our questions.I would highly recommend staying here!

The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. It is exactly what you see in the pictures, which is not always the case with some homes on here. It was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return with the family again next year.

The house was perfect for our short stay in crystal river. Our scallop and fishing guides were able to pick us up right at the house dock each day. if your planning a fishing/scalloping trip to Crystal river this house is great.

Amazing home with an amazing view. Plenty of room for our large group. Super convenient to boat ramp and grocery shopping. Owner and property manager very attentive and accommodating during our recent stay when Hurricane Debby made a brief visit. Love this home!

Scalloping Trip
We had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room for all 9 of us. The pool was great after a hot day on the water. The cleaning company could have done a better job. There was butter or something greasy on the handles in the kitchen. So, I then had to wipe them all down because clearly that was not done. The dishwasher was not emptied and some of the dishes and pots and pans were dirty. There also isn't any type of mixing/food prep bowls, only fancy glass bowls. Overall the house was great besides having to clean stuff before using it especially since we have to pay cleaning fee.

Peaceful Paradise
We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house is very spacious yet it feels homey. The view from the living room pool area and patio is beautiful. You just sit and enjoy the tranquility of the river. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Great place to take the bikes out and ride around the neighborhood. Very friendly neighborhood everyone says hello. We will definitely book again for our family reunion.

Very nice home. Owner was willing to send assistance when an issue arose but was considerate of not disrupting our vacation. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the kitchen off of the master bedroom was very convenient. The location was quiet and peaceful. We probably wouldn't rent the home again due to the patio space. The pebble flooring was coming apart. It was painful to walk on it barefoot. We removed the pool cleaner to swim because the kids didn't want to swim with the "monster" in the pool. The owner asked us not to keep it disconnected for long so the pool water would stay clear so we reconnected it at the end of each day but didn't care for the responsibility; the plastic was brittle and coming apart. The patio tables were not cleaned prior to our arrival. We found cigarette butts, food crumbs and fish scales on the tables. The inside of the home was clean.

Amazing property. This is our second time staying here. The layout of the house is perfect for extended families or several families. Rented a pontoon boat from the nearby marina and kept it at the property’s dock. The kayaks and SUPs provided were awesome for cruising with manatees. Great house and a great location

Best fishing trip yet!!
My friends and I drove down to do some fishing and we really enjoyed the house. Everting worked correctly and was clean. We caught a 30lb gar and lots of catfish from the dock while dolphins and manatees swam around us. I would def book this location again.

Beautiful home - great for families
We stayed in April with 6 adults ranging in age from 50 to 80. This is a great home for multiple couples and would also have lots of room for kids & teens. The pool area and lanai are fantastic and we spent a lot of our time out there. The bedrooms are arranged so there is lots of space and privacy between parties. One bedroom is really an in-law suite with kitchen and dining room. There are 2 living room areas. air hockey in the garage. So whether your family wants to spend every minute together or spread out and have some quiet time, this is the perfect house for you. The neighborhood is quiet and I enjoyed morning walks in it. It is also a great location. We even rented a boat and kept it at the dock. Super fun stay! Chris was very responsive to questions and the house was very well appointed with thoughtful touches everywhere.

Wonderful home right on the river. Close to groceries and restaurants. Pool was fabulous. Neighborhood was quiet and wonderful to walk in. Great location for pets. Kayaking the many canals and inlets was the highlight of our trip. Always able to find manatees and many birds. Even saw 2 alligators. Home was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom essentials, even shampoo and body wash. Owner answered all messages promptly and handled our concerns in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this property for short or long stay. We stayed one month.
