„We were looking for a nice place on the nature coast while our home in St Petersburg was being repaired after last year’s hurricane. We needed a kitchen where we could prepare meals, and a living space to relax. This villa was beautiful and we were able to cook, walk the neighborhood, see the sites, and eat some delicious scallops and grouper. Loved the decor, which was also very comfortable. Thanks for having us!“

„We really liked the apartment. The view in the nature is perfect. We really enjoyed the terrace and the green surrounding, with squirrels and birds around us. Everthing was clean and felt very at home. Homosassa is a nice little town and a very good spot to explore the surrounding region.“

„Can’t wait to return“

„The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide.“

„If you're going to Hernando, you will want to check out this beautiful comfortable villa. The amenities are everything you want/need. Within close driving distance to Ocala & Inverness. It's peaceful & relaxing. I felt very safe!! The sand cranes were so entertaining!! The fireflies at night made it enchanting. Bill is an amazing host. So accommodating & friendly. Thank you for making my visit so plesant. “

„Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. Did not affect our stay but looks like they have not been addressed for awhile. Really feel the ...

„We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Crystal River is a wonderful get away for a quiet and relaxing trip. We have stayed with this owner before and he always makes you feel at home, we prefer his properties because of his hospitality and attention to comfort for guests. Things have changed a little from the photos, likely due to storm damage last year and the foutons are no longer there but we had just enough beds for our group. „This property is away from it all. However, when we ventured out everyone was friendly. The on-site manager, Jennifer, was very welcoming and helpful. We had our 15 year old grandson and he would have liked to have more to do. He did kayak down the stream and saw a manatee, so that made it all worthwhile.“

„Gorgeous, roomy well equipped home. Everyone had all the space they needed. We were a party of twelve., so 4 full baths was great! There was an issue with the plumbing, but the owners persevered and got it fixed. Plenty of kayaks, and 3 bikes. Lovely neighborhood. Would gladly rent again if we return to the area.“
