Located on a private and quiet open water lot, this charming cottage offers a wonderful view even to those people who do not want to go outside. While sitting inside or lazing out on a lounger, the tranquility and beauty of the tropics are yours.

Fabulous open water from 35 foot seawall with dock posts, cleats and fish cleaning table, and swim ladder. Cook your catch on the outdoor grill or eat inside still enjoying the relaxing ocean view from the bright great room facing the canal. Kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and breakfast bar.

The Master bedroom has large mirrored closet, built-in drawers. The comfy guest bedroom has a full closet, bureau and twin beds. Both rooms are equipped with cable TV.

40” flat-screen TV placed for convenient viewing from living and dining area. New tile flooring throughout this home, Washer/ Dryer, Central Air provided for comfort and relaxation.

Venture Out Resort is a quiet little secret located just 20 miles from Key West, and is a water-lover’s dream! This 64-acre condominium resort was created to put the ocean right at your backdoor. We are located on Kemp Channel, which is one of the most accessible boating channels to both the beautiful back country, as well as a quick, ten-minute ride to the open Atlantic and it’s coral reefs, including the world-famous Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary

Venture Out is a gated community. There are an abundance of amenities, including an 80' olympic-sized, heated pool, which is located ocean-side, with a separate kiddie pool; saltwater swimming/snorkeling area adjacent to the pool; and a newly remodeled bath house.

The marina has two boat ramps, a fuel dock, and a convenience store, which is open seven days a week. The store has everything from beer and wine, to bait, ice, fishing licenses, milk, bread, cheese, snacks, and more! There are two tennis courts, which are lighted at night, a Bocce ball court, basketball court, and shuffleboard area. The Recreation Hall has dart boards, a ping pong table, and a billiard table, as well as a self-checkout library.

Keys Trip
Property is right on the water so if you like to fish, this is the right place. Caught several snapper during our first couple of days. Two kayaks available but never had the chance to use them due to weather conditions. No fault to the property owner, just normal conditions during hurricane season in the keys. Property is what we expected. Couple of minor complaints. The propane tank was empty on our first night with no replacement tank. Had to borrow a propane tank from a neighbor property. Toilet seat was extremely loose. Fixed the problem myself by tightening the seat. This should be inspected and completed by the property manager. We had everything we needed during our stay. Just wish the Venture Out resort had a better system in place to utilize the recreation center. Had to place a deposit or leave a driver's license at the security shack just to play pool in order to receive the key that contained the equipment needed. Then had to go back to the security shack to get ping pong equipment and to receive our deposit back. Probably won't make it back to the Keys again but I would recommend.

Hurricane couldn’t even make it bad!
Highly Recommend!! Communication with owners was great and pleasant. Perfect location.. very nice setting. Was able to fish right in front of the house. House was comfortable and had everything needed for a weeks stay. Hurricane Milton hit the night before we were suppose to leave.. the property owner could not have been anymore accommodating in the situation.

Paradise in the keys
Beautiful cottage everything you need for a long stay. Huge dockage for boats, nice parking right outside your door. We came down to show off the Key Deer and Iguanas. It was a rainy week so we did the area attractions and went to Key West when we knew had some rain free time. My granddaughter loved it. We fished off the deck outside of the cottage. They have nice size kayaks and 4 bike for your use. We did a little fishing with her ( they have rods and all the extras. Bait is sold in the grocery store but keep it on ice outside. Granddaughter caught about 3 fish so we put a bobber on the last drop (used the kids pole like a cane rod but the barracuda took line and bobber. Watching him circle the bait it looked like the movie JAWS with the fish diving and bobber disappeared. If you have children do the deer key ranger station, they can become a junior ranger and get a wooden ranger pin. Key west was fun with all the food and we explored the butterfly museum (small charge for that but was the best part because the butterflies we everywhere. Blue Heaven was as good as usual. Love the pancakes. Campground staff was kind and helpful. The resort fee is worth it with all the activities they have. Don’t forget to go to No Name Pub..great eats and see the Key Deer. Have fun and escape

Perfect Getaway in the Florida Keys!
we recently stayed at this fantastic property and it was an incredible experience! The place was spotlessly clean and super comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The property was loaded with amenities – we had access to bikes, kayaks, life jackets, and plenty of beach towels. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to whip up meals, which was a huge plus. The location was perfect, just a short drive to all the main attractions so that we could explore the Keys without any hassle. And the views? Breathtaking! The beds were so comfy that we slept like babies every night. Our host was fantastic, too, always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. Overall, this place had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We had such a great time that we’re already planning our next trip back. I highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to the Florida Keys!

Great Getaway
My husband, son (17) and I really enjoyed our stay. The Venture Out community was quiet, relaxing and offered a lot of activities. We loved being right on the water and being able to fish. Its a great location. There is a lot of great things to do that are near by. We went to Bahia State Park (Loggerhead Beach), kayaking off of Niles Road Beach and Key West. We enjoyed mini golfing down the road, too. Overall, this was a great stay.

Perfect spot with beautiful views!
We were a family of 4 who stayed at this beautiful little gem. 2 adults and 2 teens. Check in was a breeze and security were very welcoming and helpful. Getting to Robin’s place was a short drive. Once inside we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was very clean and everything was in working order. We had zero issues. The resort itself was well organized and also very clean. We made use of all of the amenities. The people in the resort were also very friendly. Including Robins next door neighbour who had a nice chat with my oldest daughter. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Robin for the great stay!

Cudjoe Key was a great spot to stay. The town had a more relaxed feel then some others. The house served us well. The kitchen could be better stocked, as we cooked our dinners there most nights, but overall, it was great.

Great location on a canal with a lovely view. It was very quiet at night, although the park didn't seem too busy. Great pool and tennis courts in the common area. The bikes needed some attention, only 2 were usable, but that didn't bother us. The kayaks are fun. There was salt and pepper and oil and spices provided, but no coffee or anything else. There was a drip coffee and k-cup machine. We didn't bring a boat. Would happily stay again.

Relaxing get away
Nice home on the water. Kayaks were perfect, we even saw some stingrays and small sharks out by the flats. The location was central to a lot of great places. We drove down to Key West twice in less than 45 minutes each trip. The pool in the resort is very nice. We would highly recommend staying here!

If You Want To Stay On The Water, This is The Place For You.
We enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage RIGHT on the water. Comfortable and charming and RIGHT on the water. If you love a water view, this is your place. One small tip: There is a $125 resort fee at check in, that is not listed on this listing. But there appears to be a resort fee for just about everything in Florida.
