„This home is spacious, clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are large, with luxurious showers. The kitchen is also large and it was perfect for prepping dinner for our large family. We all enjoyed the big, open game/rec room! Our host was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us! I highly recommend this property!“

Loved that we were away from the town so we could truly enjoy the quiet, but close enough to Stanford, Danville, and Lancaster that we weren’t driving the entire time. „We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy.“

„Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking.“

„Our family chose Kentucky to celebrate a milestone birthday & visit Makers’s Mark Distillery. One of the primary reasons we decided on this property was that it was dog friendly. The property itself is warm, inviting and spacious. The owner had great/fast communication —and even stopped by when we couldn’t figure out how to work the television. Throughout our time on the farm, we truly felt like we were being woven into the local fabric. “

„The cottage is adorable, as advertised, but the mattress is not comfortable, and the bed pillows are too full and firm (woke up with a sore neck). My ratings would be much better with a new mattress and pillows. “

„The property was beautiful and quiet. Loved being in nature and roaming around in the woods surrounding the home. Enjoyed the fire pit and sitting on the front porch listening to the birds. Our kids loved running around and exploring nature. So beautiful and just lovely hope to return again “
