„Everything was so easy from booking to making changes with Kevin. Place is very clean. Has own washer/dryer. Kitchen but we ate out. Private parking spot in a busy and fun area which is so convenient. Atwell street is a 2 minute walk and has dozens of restaurants and bars. Some shopping seems like in the summer they block off streets and it’s like a festival feeling without all the vendors. From the host, Gary, who is not only attentive, but thought and super professional to the cleanliness and amenities of the property, this is truly a gem. „The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc.“
