„The pool room had to close for repairs and we were called to be informed if we wanted to make other hotel arrangements that had a pool. It was working by the time we checked in! We also had a situation with a loud and aggressive neighbor. The hotel security handled it and had them leave. Very nice staff. “

„Wow wow wow!!! My wife and myself travel all over the state of Michigan staying at VRBO properties for years and this cabin at the Clear Lake Resort is top notch. Extremely clean! Cozy and well decorated cabin. Outstanding view on the lake. I definitely will be returning and recommend family and friends.“

„We haven’t been on a full extended family vacation in 10 years and this was a wonderful place to go to finally all get together. The lake is beautiful, property grounds and home are very nice. Working with the owner was easy and very informative. The only thing I would say is the home is a tad bit smaller than what I thought in the pictures. Still would highly recommend booking here! “

„My husband and I needed a time away to recharge and this was definitely the place for us. Lovely place in a beautiful setting. Well supplied kitchen and a comfortable bed. Dan and Jill were great hosts and we enjoyed getting to know them! Would love to come back! “

„This place was amazing, it was clean and quiet and the hosts tim and rita were so accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. The property was beautiful, beds were super comfy and the grill was an amazing touch. Looking to fish? We caught several Large bass and a 30 inch Pike, the fishing was awesome :) the cabin included so much extra stuff like seasoning and shampoo and shower stuff. we can not wait to come back!!! “

„WiFi was weak. Rec room equipment could use some TLC. There was not a playground for the kids as stated in the description. Local property manager did an awesome job in communicating and follow through. Lots of side by side trails. Central air would have been better than the movable air conditioners, however they did work. “

„Overall the place fit our needs however it does need some attention to the cracked floor (trip Hazzard) and lighting globe would not stay tight to light fixture. I overlooked that fact there was no microwave. No stove. But that did not affect our stay we honestly were not there much. As we were packing up I went wash two pieces of silverware and the water would not turn on…no water at all. If this happened anytime sooner it would have been a big issue, I reached out to the property manager ...

„You might want to do more research before you book here. FYI this cabin does not have a bathroom. It is situated on an old Boy Scout Camp, and the bathroom facility is in the main lodge of the camp. There is a cabin within just a couple feet of this one, so there isn’t any privacy. The manager was kind, and since our stay did not match the description of the property, he did work with us to make it right.“

„Island Cove was perfect for our family vacation. The house fit the six of us (plus two infants and two dogs) comfortably, and everyone loved spending time at the beach, on the pontoon boat, and playing yard games. The check in and check out procedures were simple. It's so rare to find a place like this that ticks all the boxes - great location, easy rental experience, plenty of amenities, and the ability to bring the dogs along for the fun! We'll definitely rent again.“
