After finally getting a phone number from VRBO I was able to connect with the host while we were en route to the property. She did not speak English, but from my broken Spanish I believe told me this property/listing is no longer active and we did not have a reservation (even though VRBO had approved the reservation and taken our money). Seven of us stranded after dark in Cusco with no place to go for ...

„We had 7 people each with own bedroom and bath which was great. Nothing fancy but well worth the price for 2 nights to acclimate before 4 day hike. Great location close to plaza, lots of great restaurants around. Place was cold. There was a heater that didn’t work so they brought another. Large space heater didn’t get warm upstairs. Water pressure a problem, make sure you understand the water situation before showering! But management very attentive and there to help and answer questions.“

„This property's listing is pretty true to what is rented. Full access to the kitchen and the garden. We had a few issues, but once we let the property manager Dafne know, it was fixed right away. She was very responsive to our needs. This is close enough to Plaza de Armas to walk, but off a quiet street near cafes and markets.Highly recommended and will stay here again.needs“
