The only good area was reception and Nancy Customer Service manager and in our view should be the overall manager. The hotel advertised Dinner and bar,neither existed.As two disabled travellers we rely on a hotel that does dinner and has a pool with bar.I took photos of their official website as proof. We therefore had to walk to dinner every night.The hotel has no disabled access,there is a side that You could hold on to but was blocked by two rows (18 pots) of plants.The slope if its for wheelchairs is so steep it would be unsafe so access is by all the steps. Housekeeping is a shambles,we had to call them back so many times,they even told reception we didnt want our room cleaned even ghough nobody knocked and the door was open.Bath was never cleaned properly. Toiletries were poor just one little round bar of soap about 2 cm wide and 2mm thick.Only enough shower gel and shampoo for a daily shower if they put any in the containers provided.There was no moisturiser nor conditioner. This hotel caters for guests who mainly only for guests who stay between 1 and 3 days.The hotel didnt seem to be able to upguage for guests who stay longer,we stayed 15 nights. Breakfast is nothing special and again the hotel website states a combination af east and west dishes,didnt see much western offerings if any. We were so disappointed in this hotel as we were so exited before arrival,we certainly felt mis sold.I have just checked their official site and it still says Paracel pool bar and

Where do I start, this hotel exceeded all expectations and we are so grateful to the staff for looking after us for 3 nights. The service was outstanding and we really felt welcomed. High standard bedrooms and other hotel amenities. One of the highlights of the stay was the spa & massages. Wow! So good we had to have more the following day. We can’t thank the hotel enough for our stay.

The staff at this location are great. I had Nhat help me with my bags as soon as I entered then he gave me detailed information about things to do around and the property itself. Rooms are good size and location is nice. I would only suggest booking a room high up for the views

Stayed one week here. Good motorcycle parking in basement. Good breakfast, lots of choices, food was cool/warm like most Vietnamese hotels. Clean, good size, had room overlooking ocean, main street. Beach club across the street was noisy but shut down by 11 PM. Lots of businesses nearby.

Great location with one negative (more on that later). I have seen a few review comment on how the rooms have not quite lived up to the impression on the lobby and I would have to echo that sentiment. My room had a wonderful view facing the ocean and beach. and that's the only thing that nudged the room rating to perhaps 4 stars. Without the view it would have to be borderline 3 stars. Not a fan of the tub/shower combo, but can understand the advantages for some people, but in this case the step in and out of the tub was a bit high/tricky. It was not an easy step in. Suggestion: provide a small movable, but solid, step/stand to help with that process. Also, if you are going to offer a bath, why not offer some type of "bubble bath" salts or something of the sort. They will be rarely used but at least it lets the customer know you're thinking of them. Breakfast buffet was above average to good. No complaints. Back to the one negative for location. Not the hotel's fault but they have a beachfront nightclub set up directly across from the hotel that pounds out a heavy bass beat through the late/early hours each night. I'm sure all the hotels in the area are pissed off about this and they're all having to deal with it. Surprisingly, I managed to fall asleep without much problem each night, but I am sure there are other guest who found the noise annoying. Many negative reviews on the nightclub, mostly advising to avoid, hoping no doubt to put the place out of business.

I booked here out of a recommendation by a YouTube vlogger. Looked impressive from the video and in pictures, much less so in person. We moved from a riverfront hotel to this beach front so we can experience being on the beach. Note that you pay a premium for the location as the riverfront hotel we came from was way nicer and elegant but cheaper. But there’s no issue with this hotel, that’s just the reality. Staff were very helpful and kind. There’s some food and drinks available at the lobby But I never saw anyone eat it drink anything there as there’s no place to do it. We got the oceanfront room on the 14th floor. Spectacular view. Big room! It was clean and had all the amenities you’d expect. Room is functional but had design issues. Like the floating dresser not attached properly to the wall (safety issue). Flawed bathroom tub design means there’s no way you can take a shower without having the overflow splash flood your floor. We had to block it off with a towel. The dining room for the buffet was way crowded (furnishings were too large so chairs touched each other). Breakfast buffet was satisfying but not very exciting, plus it’s a long walk from the food to where you’re sitting. Overall experience was good though. Reasonable price, decent amenities, comfortable bed, controllable climate, decent breakfast. Clean! In this market you really need to stand out to get loyalty. So even if we enjoyed our stay, we would have no qualms about choosing another hotel next time.

I booked here out of a recommendation by a YouTube vlogger. We moved from a riverfront hotel to this beach front so we can experience being on the beach. You pay a premium for the location as the riverfront hotel we came from was way nicer and elegant but cheaper. Staff are very helpful and kind. There’s some food and drinks available at the lobby. They gave us a free refresher drink as soon as we arrived. We got the oceanfront room on the 14th floor. Spectacular view. It was clean and had all the amenities you’d expect from a 3 star hotel. This hotel looks good on photos but is just ordinary in person. Room is functional . Flawed bathroom tub design means there’s no way you can take a shower without having the overflow splash flood your floor. We had to block it off with a towel. The dining room for the buffet was way crowded (furnishings did not match the distance between the tables). Breakfast buffet was satisfying but not very exciting (the riverfront hotel we came from was way better)… Overall experience was good though. Reasonable price, decent amenities, comfortable bed, controllable climate, decent breakfast. Clean! In this market you really need to stand out to get loyalty. So we would give it a thumbs up but if you had other choices, don’t feel you’re missing out.

Perfect location across from Da Nang Beach and many seafood restuarants nearby with amazing seafood tanks with live lobsters, shrimp, geoduck, clams. Located along the beach but also walkable to other restuarants and laundry services. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooftop pool overlooked the water. Rooms were good but the shower design without a glass door was designed by someone who never used it as water spalshes outside of rhe shower.

Great friendly hotel

Loved it here , staff amazing, we loved Nancy , we went back 3 weeks later as a last minute booking and all staff were so happy to see us, great place right on the amazing beach and 15 minutes walk from the Dragon Bridge

Excellent location, walkable to the beach, nice swimming pool, beautiful breakfast hall. Most importantly all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
