„Many thanks to Debbi and her family for hosting us in this lovely chalet. We visited during the winter and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the chalet. I thought that I would miss having access to an oven but it turned out that the stove top and toaster oven met our needs. A walk to the Gerber beach and view of the frozen Golden Lake was lovely. Thanks again.“

„A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. “

„This place is a gem. Great cottage but also the nature is beautiful. We went kayaking and paddle boarding every day: quiet bay no motor boat. The kids had a blast on the giant floating carpets and the adults too. Also, the screen porch is perfect for game night. We will definitely return!“

„Great place! It was clean when we arrived and there were no surprises. The photos in the ad are accurate in their presentation of the cottage and area. One small quibble is that the PaddleBoard is not easy to inflate so if you want good watercraft be prepared to bring your own. We had bad weather but the cottage was nice and cozy and we relaxed and read and ate and drank. Thanks!“
