No firearms unless approval ahead of check in date.
Please do not take indoor furnishings or household items outside. Please keep upstairs and downstairs furnishings and household items/ linens in their assigned location. Our cleaning service is wonderful but they are not able to move furnishings and household items back to their assigned locations.
Upon departure:
• We are happy to provide nice linens and beach towels for our guest's use, however, please do not leave wet linens or towels in washing machine because they could mildew.
• Please do not leave food in oven, microwave, on counter or in refrigerator or freezer.
• Please double check drawers, cabinets, closets before you depart because renters accidentally leave things behind. We can not be responsible for items left; we do our best to send them to you but can not promise it will be timely because the cleaning service we hire would have to take care of that for us.
