The Clo Cottage is a 3-story home that will easily sleep 12. The entry level provides guests with a living room, half bath, dining area kitchen, and two covered decks. Grab yourself a cup of coffee from the drip coffee pot and head to the screened in back porch to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Martin. You'll also find an additional screened area with a picnic table for extra dining space and access to the open side overlooking the water. The master is also located on the entry level with a King bed and a large walk-in shower. When you go downstairs on the terrace level, you will find a small den, 3 twin beds, 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and a full bathroom. The terrace level opens up to a covered patio that houses a gas grill and a small sun area just off to the side. From there, you have a short and easy walk to the pier.
The upper level of the home is perfect for teenagers who just want some peace and quiet. It has 3 twin beds that are perfect for day napping!

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
