„We stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The host was great and easy to communicate with. We did not have any problems. We were able to prep food to take for dinner with our family. There is a grocery store down the street and a dollar general. This place is close to everything in Santa Claus, Indiana if you are looking for fun things to do. Santa's Candy castle is really neat! There are a few Christmas stores and of course Holiday world. “

„The owners definitely undersell this place in their listing - it was perfect for what we needed! A quiet location at the end of a private drive, surrounded by the woods, was a great location for a relaxing trip away from the city. Charlie and Audrey also provided great tips on where to rent a boat for the Lake, as well as a list of nearby bait shops, stores and places to grab some grub. We’d definitely be willing to stay here again! “

„Read reviews and did not see any comments about a train that is literally feet behind the house. VERY LOUD. I did enjoy all the graffiti. Like a traveling art show. „I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip.
