„It was clean! Communication with owners was always quick and answered any Q's! Roomy, plenty of utensils! Even had a few snacks, water, coffee makings right there, in case you forget yours!! We booked this for a concert we went to just up the street actually (Honeywell Center) and even though the temps were QUITE frigid during our stay lol we still walked it, and was no problem!! I hight recommend this house and Kyle & Aubrey are great hosts!!! Thank You!!“

„This quaint property had just what we needed. It offered a comfortable living space with a separate bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean. Communication with the host was good and easy. If we ever need a place for a getaway weekend, this property would be the first place we would check out. “

„Was exactly what we expected and better. The loft is charming. Near the train tracks but was nostalgic hearing the train pass. Close to the shops and walking distance to Scooters for coffee and the Market Grill for dinner. The loft is a hidden gem. “

„We’ve stayed here twice now because we loved the location and space in the house. Unfortunately, this past time we arrived things were starting to fall apart (mostly small things). Coffee table was broken, broken door on the entertainment center, curtain rods loose and falling, etc. Overall the stay was pleasant and the location was great. No issues with check-in or communication. It just needs a little TLC.“

„This apartment is conveniently located, near the interstate and not far from downtown Fort Wayne. Lots of restaurants, grocery, coffee options close by. Nicely appointed unit. The photos don't do it justice - larger than we expected. Two bedrooms each with separate bathroom (one has a tub!). One bedroom has a sleeping cot as extra twin bed. We found the building to be quiet. Very clean and they thought of everything for a comfortable stay.“

„We stayed a few nights to visit our adult children who work at IWU. The space was clean and well appointed with furniture and the bedding was super comfortable!! We could have used a couple more bath towels. Bring your body soap and shampoo as this unit does not provide any(which is common for vrbo options). Coffee pot is for ground coffee so bring that. They had filters. It was warm and cozy. It had a cool urban vibe for a small town. It has two designated parking spots which is nice. ...
