„My co-workers and I enjoyed the property. This is a great rental at a good price (bring extra dining tables and chairs if you have more than 6 people or plan to eat out). Not sure what the winery season price is but the off-season was very reasonable. Plenty of parking available and the driveway is a flat, easy safe walk for those wanting to take a hike after a meal or get some exercise.“

„This place was perfect for our stay. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and it’s only 5 mins from a major grocery store. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you want that option. Parking was easy, the area was very quiet and the unit was clean. We were only about 10 mins from the university which made it easy to visit. We would love to stay here again in the future! “

Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal. „House is beautiful and perfect and beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the extra touches such as high quality linens and towels that smell fresh! Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime. “
