Welcome to our eclectic, stunning, one-of-a-kind home. It’s a vibrant 4BR 3.5BA house with plenty of room to relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool, patio with grill and game room! Located directly between Dallas and Fort Worth (20 minutes to either downtown) and only a few minutes away from ATT Stadium, Globe Life Field, Texas Live, Six Flags and so much more!

3 day getaway
We traveled to Texas for a cowboys game and stayed at this wonderful house in Grand Prairie. Place was clean and all the pictures that were on the listing were accurate. I highly recommend this property to anyone coming into town for a game or event. Property owners were easy to communicate with and all questions were answered quickly.

What a wonderful weekend! The house was exactly as described and provided all the necessities. It fit our family perfectly and was close to AT&T stadium. The management team responded immediately to all our questions. Would definitely rent this property again!

Overall it was great. Some minor things: showers in master bath difficult to keep water leaking out the door, one chair we took out of commission due to weak leg, hope you put water in the pool to keep your pump from burning out. Trash can was full when we put our 1st bag out. Maybe need during the week to know trash day to put trash out. Will definitely do it again.

Nice house in a great neighborhood
This house was very comfortable for my family of five and my in-laws. It was very clean and had lots of extras. The pool table, foosball table and air hockey kept my older kids occupied during our down time. The pool was clean but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy it. We did enjoy lounging outside near the pool with seating both in the sun and in the shade. We did not use the kitchen for cooking so I can't speak to the cooking supplies but did notice there was cooking oil, basic spices and sugar. The location of the house was great. We spent some time in Ft. Worth, Arlington and Dallas and all were very easy to get to. The neighborhood was nice with large trees, well kept yards and felt very safe. The host was also very communicative and checked in via email to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was what it says it was!!! They owners were super easy to work with and gave us suggestions when the weather wasn’t in our favor! Great home to stay at with a large family or multi families traveling together. House is in a excellent neighborhood that is quite and easy to navigate to and from. Location is key. We attended the Cowboys game and utilized Uber for transportation. Short drives to Fort Worth and Waxahachie, Meat Church and the famous BBQ joints. House is very clean and well stocked. Definitely one to keep in mind if visiting the Dallas area.

Highly recommended getaway
My buddies and I came to Arlington for a concert and wanted to stay relatively close to AT&T Stadium. This was a very nice home in a great neighborhood not far away from the action. The home is well maintained, pool was great and the air conditioning worked awesome in the 113 degree heat. Owners were super easy to communicate with and very helpful. Overall highly recommend!

Lots of Room!
Our family had a great time in Grand Prairie to attend the Rangers game. Unfortunately the air conditioner in the house could not keep up! It was 85° during the day and about 75° at night. It was a hot summer day, but even with record temperatures 85° inside is unreasonable. The house didn’t have any blinds (only curtains), so that may have been one reason why. The homeowner did supply window units in each room, but the AC still struggled. The homeowner also changed check in and check out time the day before we were scheduled to arrive. The check in and out time were clearly stated on the listing and in the book inside the house, but when we got that welcome email they were different. I’ve never had a 10:00am check out time even at a hotel! The house has plenty of room and we enjoyed the pool so much! With a couple of small updates it could be great!

Never was able to stay & left in a horrible bind trying to find another place to stay.
I was contacted by the owner at 3:21 with a Chicago area code and I thought it was a sales call so I did not pick up. After 3 calls he then texted me and I called him back. Remember check in was at 4:00 and he informed me there was a storm and the city was suppose to have fixed the electricity but they haven’t yet. We went to the property to check it out and no one was there and the electrical panel was on the ground and wires were all cut. Neighbor next door and across the street all had power and we were told by many, there was no bad storm. I had contacted him prior to arriving asking if we could check in early which he said he could not accommodate as others were in there. When I asked about those guests he said he had to have them leave. Said he was going to Venmo us for the inconvenience but nothing ever came. Hoping to get a full refund asap as we had to use another company to get a rental. Absolute NIGHTMARE !!!!!!

Beautifully renovated home in a very peaceful neighborhood.
My family recently stayed here during our trip to Fort Worth for my daughter's horse show competition. The location is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house has been recently remodeled and is was very clean and spacious. We all enjoyed the pool! The only reason I didn't give this home 5 stars is that I felt it was missing some basics that most VRBO's offer. The location is also not 20 minutes to either downtown, it's more like 30+ even with lighter traffic. I informed the property manager of my suggestions and he was very receptive to my feedback. Overall we had a great experience at this property.
