Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
Please note our occupancy is 16 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.

We want to ensure that your stay with us is nothing short of amazing. We are excited to share that we have a separate venue space located on the same property, which offers a fantastic opportunity for hosting events or special occasions. Keep in mind the house and the even center are not connected in any way and have their separate entrances.
If you're interested, the venue space is available for rent, subject to availability. It's the perfect place to celebrate milestones, hold gatherings, or create unforgettable memories. Please feel free to inquire about its availability during your stay, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with further details.
We understand that privacy and tranquility are important to our guests. Rest assured, the house and the venue space are two separate structures, each with their own distinct areas. We kindly request that guests from the event space do not access the main area of the property, ensuring your privacy is maintained at all times.
In order to prioritize a peaceful environment, events held in the venue space are scheduled to conclude by 11pm. Additionally, noise restrictions are in effect from 10pm onwards to ensure a serene atmosphere for all our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
