New favorite place!
We have an annual girls trip and this was our first time to this area. When I saw this property online, I was so excited! And it didn’t disappoint! It exceeded our expectations and we all agreed this was our new favorite place to stay! Very clean, comfortable and cozy. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, linens, and creature comforts like espresso pods, and creamers. We thought the game room was fantastic and we were in it every night. We discovered that one of our friends has a super competitive side, as she was trying really hard to beat everyone at galaga and pool! But the highlight of our stay was our time with the alpacas!! We fell in love with them! The hosts were extremely gracious and we cannot wait until our next trip here!!

Amazing experience!
I booked this place to enjoy a peaceful getaway with my adult children and their families. It was absolutely more memorable and magical that I could have anticipated. Hosts are most kind and gracious and were wonderful with all of us during alpaca feedings - catering to the grandchildren and answer all our alpaca questions! The house is stunning and well stocked. We couldn’t have wanted for more. Close to amenities , there is so much to do, while enjoying quiet country setting at the same time. We will definitely return!.

Couldn't fit an Alpaca in our luggage
Underpromise--overdeliver. These owners have that all figured out! The property is better than described, and their communication was the best I've ever had from an owner (and we've stayed in MANY properties over MANY years). The Alpacas are a unique and wonderful feature, and my daughter-in-law couldn't get enough! The game room is just indescribably fun, and there were family ping-pong rivalries renewed! From a basket of Ghirardelli chocolates, to a Nespresso machine, a water purifier, and reasonable expectations at checkout, this property will always stand out for us in a good way! It made my daughter's wedding week so much better!

The property was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. Covered patio was a plus. Amenities were nice. Coffee maker was a disappointment. Would prefer Keurig. One of the best places ever!
Where do we start?! Super comfortable and clean house with everything you need. There is an amazing patio where we are breakfast every morning, a front porch where I enjoyed the sunrises while watching the alpacas and bunnies. We got to feed the alpacas two mornings which was one highlight. Another highlights was the recreation room where we could play foosball, ping pong, pool and more! All in all it was one of the nicest home rentals we’ve ever been in and we will return if we are ever in the Dallas area again.

Fantastic!
We loved this place and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house was very clean, cozy, and had tons of space. Far enough from neighbors that we didn’t have to worry about our kids getting loud. The game room was an awesome bonus and kept the kids entertained. It had most basic necessities provided. The only negative, which wasn’t a big deal, was that the game room bathroom had quite a bit of spiderwebs and a little hair in the shower drain. It just seemed as though that room isn’t often used, not a dealbreaker at all. Would love to stay here again! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic family fun
We needed a weekend place to stay while visiting family and we could not have found a better place! The home was clean and well appointed. The living area is downstairs while all bedrooms are upstairs. Large covered patio with fire pit. Game room was a huge hit! Ping pong, pool table, above door basketball hoop and more! The owners were responsive and met up with us and allowed us to hand feed the beautiful alpacas! Amazing experience!

Peaceful retreat
I rented this property for a work retreat with my staff. I loved the idea that we could relax, play games and feed the precious alpacas. The home is beautifully decorated. The game room is fantastic. Wonderful getaway for all ages
The property and house are very well kept and the hosts are terrific. The house is spacious. We had 11 people in our group and never felt crowded. Alpaca landing is such a special place. We visited here for a mom’s weekend and the property was so peaceful and cozy. Upon entering the house, we could tell that so much thought went into each and every detail of the house. The icing on the cake was getting to feed the alpacas. Such a fun experience! The family lived the house and the huge game room/garage. The highlight for most was being able to feed the alpacas including baby Winston. Perfect house for several families/Friends to get together.
