Good Experience
Check in was smooth. House is spacious however dated. A little TLC would go a long way. The biggest turn off was the bug bait stations out in the open. They are working but maybe placing them in areas that are not as visible would help. We became concerned when we saw them but we never saw any pests. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms need some maintenance, some work but make noise. Overall, it was a good deal. Price was good and the location was nice. Quiet neighborhood.

It’s a great spot for a family, love that the rooms were mostly upstairs the only issue were the spider webs in some of the corners and around the fire place.

Great stay!
We had a great time in this 4 bedroom house. We were attending a wedding and it was close to everything. We went to the Dallas aquarium and celebrated a birthday. It was a clean comfortable stay and the hosts are very responsive to questions!

Not worth it, save yourself from staying in this property
Kyle review I will give this place a one star review as anything more than that is not justifiable. There were many cockroaches in the house in the bedroom and in the living room. It took me two hours to check in. Code provided by host Kyle was incorrect and I was stranded with my family for two hours until host decided to respond while checking in. Upon entering the house, I learned the bed was not made and fan in one of the bedrooms and living room didn’t working when the weather was over 105 Fahrenheit. In the morning, I learned the TV does not work in the living room. I would not be staying over this place in the future. These hosts need to understand how to run hosting guest business. When complain about the issue, he asked me if you have ever served in the military. He was trying to make a point that his place is better than a military camp. When I told him I didn’t book this place to live in a place similar to a military camp. Later on started laughing and calling names. Worst host ever. Do not waste your time and money being his guest. I was a guest for eight days, and he treated me with utter disrespect. Kyle mentioned he’s a military man and believes these things don’t matter for living in the house. Kyle mentioned he was out of town and his wife was in Hongkong and nobody could do anything about these issues.

Comfortable Stay
There was plenty of room to move around. We used the property to spend the night and fix a quick breakfast. It was a live saver for us have a to sleep for a family gathering over the holidays.

The tub was dirty upstairs.The walls was dirty. you can trip on the stairs coming up to the pathway the stairs was cracked up someone could have fallen. Need to be updated. Other than that the house is good.

Great Host
Kyle was able to answer any questions we had promptly. Great house tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't have the opportunity to use the backyard but the whole house seemed very family/kid friendly. It was about a 45 minute drive from DFW airport/Frisco/Arlington. Even closer to downtown Dallas if that's your goal. Next trip to Dallas we will hopefully be able to stay here again. Thank you Kyle!
