- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7 OR MORE GUESTS -
Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a USD 39/night fee will be applied.

- CLOSED BEDROOM -
The fourth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12 or more guests only

- ENTERTAINMENT -
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.

- SMOKING -
No smoking inside the property

- POOL -
The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months, pool guy will enter using backyard door.
The usage of the pool is under the renter's own risk and responsibility.
- Not heated pool -

- The lands keeper will go once a week -

- Security cameras -
For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.
- The garage is remodeled as a Game room.
