- Confirm your guest count in your reservation is accurately reflected, as there are additional charges for each guest per night after the first 2-guests.

- Pets require an additional charge of $150 per pet for specialized cleaning (**this does not include the removal of pet waste).

- Early check-in and late check-out requests are available at a rate of $15 per hour.

- Daily or mid-stay housekeeping is available, as well as grocery delivery pre-arrival.
❌ 🐶 Guest agrees to include all guests and pets staying overnight IN their reservation. Additional guests are charged a fee per night, and there is a $120 per unexpected pet fee for specialized cleanings.
❌ 🚬 Guest agrees not to smoke on the property (including balconies and patios). If we find evidence of smoking, there will be a fine of $750 to recoup the cost of special cleaning and future cancellations.
❌ 👞 Guest agrees to no shoes to be worn throughout the home and to return all keys, passes, and openers to where they found it in the property. Failure to do so will result in a $95 fine.
❌ 📬 Guest agrees to have no mail sent to the home (UPS, FedEx, Amazon deliveries are permitted) and won't expect us to retrieve or return any lost packages or forgotten items.
❌ 🎉 Guest agrees not to throw a party on the property. If evidence of a large gathering is found, there is a fine of up to $3000 and we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund.
✅ 🛠️ Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to fix anything. We will try to give ample notice ahead of their arrival so they will be out of your way.

The amount of dust and dirt through out the place tells me two things they have a pup and they live there full time, leaving them little to no time to prep the property. There was a high heel in the food pantry. If i wasn't paying full price and or we were swapping properties it would be fair. Accept were not and I am. Cleanliness is next to godliness. They rejected my request to compensate me a small amount of money to offset the 6 hours I dedicated to cleaning and straightening up for my 3 or 4 night stay and I think it was a fair request. Dont be surprised like I was.

Convenient location
We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is close to a lot of things to walk to close to our family that we wanted to see. The house was very comfortable and well equipped There was a lot of dog hair left from the guests that just checked out. But we must give credit to the housecleaner we made a big effort to get it all cleaned up

This place is decorated as pictured. It’s a good size, newer construction, great functionality and in a nice neighborhood where you can walk to restaurants, bars, Trader Joe’s and a really cute coffee shop, BUT for the price, I expected it to be immaculate and it wasn’t. The host had to send the cleaning crew out because my sheets weren’t clean and the bathroom rug was dirty,. Also I paid for 4 nights and only stayed there for two nights because the noise from the street traffic drove me nuts. I got no sleep. I asked to check out early for a 1 night refund, the answer was no. Despite being in a residential neighborhood it is on a street with heavy traffic that is loud.

I needed a location near the dos eques pavilion so I booked here. This was perfect plenty of places to eat near by and minutes from the concert. I will gladly stay here again.

A spacious, bright and airy property in a very convenient location. A very pleasant stay. But not quite as tip top condition and fully equipped as described. Getting a little tired at the edges. Hosts were responsive but to problems they should already have spotted. Clearly a “business” and not the TLC one gets from individual owners.

BEWARE!!!!! This place is Horrible
Total FALSE advertising. The description says "Everything a guest would need we supply with the intention to exceed their expectations with MALIN+GOETZ premium skincare supplied all-natural ingredients." There were no high end products (unless you call opened expired 2023 snacks still in cabinet high end) The premium skincare was an empty bottle of orange dial soap. The "Bath" towels we dingy rags, plungers sitting next to toilet, hair straightener with hair stuck to it, no patio furniture, dog hair all over the blue couch, stains on the rug, No coffee maker on counter as seen in photo, TV's were all unplugged, no wifi, downstairs bedroom was a full size bed not a king. They mention "ideal for couples traveling together" How is one couple in a king master bedroom and one couple in basement with a full bed and small bathroom ideal..should I go on?? We walked in and walked out. EXTREMELY disappointing.

Perfect home and location in Lower Greenville
This townhome was perfect for my husband and I and conveniently located to Lower Greenville. We could walk a couple blocks to amazing restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is very safe and it’s a quiet location even though it’s a corner lot. I am always looking for comfortable beds and sofas when I choose a place and this home had both. The house has all the amenities and parking in a garage was a perk! Will definitely stay again.

The property is clean and modern. It has been well rented. The beds are King and Full (not queen) which was a huge difference for the two adults sleeping in it. There are no extra throw blankets or pillows if you need more than one pillow. During our stay there was a broken glass door downstairs which made it very warm downstairs and the thermostat pre-sets presented a problem when trying to cool it down. Also note you must pay extra for each guest. Late check in time and early check out were inconvenient but there were additional charges to change. Overall it was a very nice property it just needed some additional amenities (does not match description of upgraded toiletries), and a heads up about the bed size, with additional pillows and upgrades to current throw pillows (very stained) would be a nice addition. There were snacks provided and the kitchen was well equipped. Trader Joe’s in walking distance and close to bars and restaurants.

Modern Delight in Dallas!
We enjoyed our stay so much it was clean and stocked with essentials you might need during stay, it was also convenient to Downtown Dallas. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance including a new Starbucks! Great for a family loved how our daughters had a private oasis downstairs gave us privacy upstairs! The owner was quick to respond and delightful to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!
