Garabaldi Studio - private entrance and patio

A peaceful artsy, relaxing studio apartment space full of beach cottage charm and character, this home has been a private family getaway for generations and is wonderfully designed by the artist owner. No cats allowed. Single small dog is possible by request with references. This is a strictly no smoking home, and this house rule is strictly enforced. Violation of pet or no smoking policy is grounds for fine and extra cleaning fees.
The property has a house in the front, and this studio is located in the back, as a detached unit. You will have the entire back studio unit located over the garage and the upstairs studio patio as your private space.

There is a bungalow home in the front of this property, and the studio is behind it, with its own private entrance. This property does not include a garage or on site parking.

This studio has one main room which serves as both the bedroom and living room, one full bathroom, and a small yet well-equipped kitchen. It is well lit, open, and has distant views of the palm tree lined coastal area. It is above all the other homes in the area and feels private and tree-house like.
Guest access:
The property is gated front and back, with access shared by both the house and the studio. The studio can be accessed from the alley privately, or from the front house entrance down a lighted side walkway. There is free street parking available only.
Other things to note:
We do have a city noise ordinance and ask in advance that you be sensitive with regard to noise and music outside as we live close to all of our neighbors in this community and we have great respect for our neighbors.
There are beach supplies and towels in the laundry room below your unit for shared use with the front house. The laundry facilities are for your own use only and are free. The front house has its own laundry.
