„The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The suite was very neat and comfortable, staff was friendly as well. I loved the fireplace which was so easy to handle! On the contrary I was unlucky to be located next to a private tenant who started construction works at 8.30 am, making it impossible to linger any longer in the suite. However, my complaints were immediately addressed by the management and they made sure that the works did not bother me again on the next morning. That was remarkable ...

„I would have given this property 5 stars except for the sketchy kitchen equipment. When traveling with pets it is often difficult to go out to eat. Therefore we made three meals a day and wished for 1)a toaster oven 2)electric kettle and 3) more hot pads, kitchen towels, and spatulas“

We booked the weekend to enjoy so quiet time, went to the pool house a few times for the hot tub (inside and out were both lovely) the only issue was we had was a left over food snack we found on the floor in the bedroom. Easily fixed, but my wife wasn’t pleased about that.Overall a wonderful stay, the heater works very very well, good water pressure, the kitchen is stocked with gadgets, we mostly drank tea and ate leftovers, went to the 110 grill for dinner ...

„Our host was amazing and super responsive. The house had a great mountain cabin feeling to it. The game room was incredible; it kept our crew entertained, no need to go out into town. The Sauna was the best, especially after a full day of snowboarding. It slept 12 of us very comfortably“

„The chalet was very cozy and cute. Slept 4 comfortable, I felt six people would have been tight. Very nice property, it snowed the night we arrived so getting in the as a little of a walk with our luggage. We did hear little critters in the ceiling upstairs at night, but the chalet was so clean and solid we weren’t worried! “

"Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft an sich wäre sehr idyllisch, jedoch fehlt jegliche Serviceleistung. Das Frühstück war bedürftig, wenn etwas ausging gab es keinen Nachschub, der Waffelmaker funktionierte nicht und wurde trotzdem jeden Morgen präsentiert, der Getränkeautomat wurde jeden Morgen vergessen zu starten, die Tische wurde nicht gereinigt. Ausserdem war die Terrasse nicht gereinigt. Unter diesen Umständen können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen."
