**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. Daufuskie Island is a BRIDGE-LESS barrier island situated between Hilton Head SC and Savannah GA. You can only access this rental by water taxi. Upon arriving to Daufuskie, you will need land transportation to your rental. During your stay your means of transportation will be a golf cart. Explore Daufuskie is partnered with excellent boat captains with options from Savannah and Hilton Head. We can coordinate any or all of these reservations for you. Relax and unwind in this spectacular Penthouse Oceanfront Seaside Villa. The double sided balcony offers views of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, as well as, views of Tybee Island. Sit on your balcony with your coffee and listen to the seagulls. Watch the Shrimp Boats encompass the Calibogue Sound, or the large container ships move in and out of the port of Savannah. Situated on the Historic Bloody Point Beach, this Sandy Lane villa is equipped and ready for your perfect getaway. The boardwalk offers easy access to the pristine beach where you can enjoy your beach days, morning walks, or nature excursions. Equipped with tables and chairs, the pool area is a great place to soak up the sun or enjoy a nice swim. Access to the BBQ grill pit is available out front of the Villa for your outdoor cooking needs. Leave all your worries behind and book your vacation at the Seaside Villa.

Wonderful
This was our second year staying in this exact condo, 4th year on the island. The condo is nice and clean with lots of amenities available! The view is beautiful and I loved that it came with a golf cart. Caroline was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I have 3 young children and they were right at home. The provided sand toys and chairs were awesome. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Perfect Getaway
The condo had everything we needed. It was in a great location—a quick walk to the beach—and we enjoyed having the pool. We didn't have to worry about beach chairs, towels, etc., which was a huge help with packing. We loved watching all of the wildlife from the balcony each morning. It's an amazing place; we would definitely return.

Dream vacation.
My wife and I had great time of a dream vacation at the apartment and Daufuskie. I advise to future guests ask for “Welcome visitor guide” ahead of time to avoid any confusions, discuss any details (host is very willing to clarify). Bring your knifes if you plan or like to cook - their knifes are a bit dull.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our week long vacation at the condo so much!! Beautifully decorated with amazing views! Very spacious for our family of 5. We cooked most nights and had all the kitchen tools we needed. The kids loved splitting their time between the beach and the pool! Very family friendly and well kept property. I would only add an ice machine to the property as a whole!

Really great place
Daufuskie is a hidden gem and I hate to tell you about it because we love the remoteness and less people that it has historically delivered on. The economy of Daufuskie seems to be improving and this year we saw twice as many folks on the beach as normal. We saw about 20 families at one time. On a 2 mile beach, no big deal, but twice as many. When we started going there, we literally saw one person on one day. Nonetheless, this place was great. Well maintained, the property management group was very responsive and supportive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Island retreat
This property exceed my expectations. The condo was large, airy and comfortable. Views from the balcony were gorgeous and we spent a lot of time watching deer feed in the early morning in the field next to our room. An overall wonderful experience. The only suggestion I would have is that there should be more towels and washcloths.....we washed our sets but not my favorite chore on vacation.
