Cozy Getaway with a View
This condo was in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and as described. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the beautiful view of the ocean. As a mom of a 2 year old, just want to warn that there are lots of breakable items in this condo so just be prepared to baby proof. We had a great stay!

Weekend getaway
We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed dominoes and scrabble outside and inside. Coffee in the morning on the patio was amazing. We had some rainy weather in the morning so it was nice to look at the ocean and have coffee. We enjoyed the grill outside by the pool. The pool was very nice and felt relaxing. I believe it is saltwater. Love eating at the restaurant by the golf course. Thank you!

Wonderful Dauphin Island Stay
We loved the condo. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. The entire complex is clean and the pools were great! Even during the holiday, it wasn't overly crowed. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. It's a perfect location. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo.

Location is great. My complaint is the air conditioning. We had it set on 72 and came back from eating in night and it was 78 degrees in the room. Another time it was set on 72 it was 74 in the room and the thermostat wouldn’t move below 74 for about an hour. Then all the sudden it would let us lower it to 70. It was like we weren’t the ones controlling the A.C

Could Use an Update
Can’t say that we would stay in this rental property again. The unit had a constant musty smell. Not sure if it was from the old furniture or air unit. The ceiling fans and vents were layered with dust, the carpet in the bedrooms were stained/dirty, and the overall unit could use some updating (furniture, appliances, paint, decor, carpet/floors, cushions, bathroom, etc). Glad it was just two of us so it wasn’t disappointing to the whole family. We loved Dauphin Island but will choose differently next time.

Beautiful beachfront view. The condo was in a great location and had all of the amenities needed. The linens, rugs and pillows were a bit threadbare and could stand to be replaced.overall it was a good stay.

Family wedding celebration
We booked 4 condos for family and friends to enjoy before and after my son’s wedding in Mobile. Ages 4- 101 and we had a wonderful time. So much fun we all want to join up next year at the same complex.

Overall the property was as listed and as expected. Was very clean and fresh upon entering. Close to the beach, view from the balcony was great, was nice having an elevator. Issues to not score a 5 Rating were: Patio curtain was non-existent, and the sun was glaring; kitchen cabinets need to be ORGANIZED and items within updated - as kitchen utensils, glassware, pots and pans were old and of various types/ brands. Kitchen items seem to be a mishmash of items provided/collected over the years., for example only 2 large wine glasses, various types of small drinking glasses, various types of coffee cups with only 2 mugs that matched, and they were give aways from a clinic. Linens also need to be updated and organized within the cabinets.

Excellent place to stay!
The unit was very clean, the check in process was super easy and it had great views of the beach. It has direct beach access but it’s a long walk down the boardwalk. Overall, this unit was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!
The property was well stocked with all items needed. Great view of the ocean. Pool area was clean and water was perfect. It was perfect for watching 4th of July fireworks!!! Mattresses were comfortable! Also, was glad I had read the reviews and brought windex. The table in the dining room and living room are glass, so it helped me clean up.

Lack of cleaning supplies
4 of us stayed for a week and there were only 2 trash bags. The dining room table is glass so would have been nice to have some windex to keep it clean. One of us got sick and there was absolutely nothing to clean with. First place we have ever stayed in that didn’t offer some cleaning supplies and trash bags. It should be noted in the description if that is something not supplied. We sure would have brought our own. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
