Your drive to Disney is approximately 20 minutes and to most of the attractions that Orlando has to offer. This property was cozy, spacious and clean. Cleanliness is very important as we are traveling with children. Kids loved the pool. Hot tub was great. There is a playground, and pickleball/tennis court which the kids enjoyed. Cooking seasonings and kitchen amenities were plenty. Check in was a breeze. We would book this place again!

Beautiful home, super clean, great quiet neighborhood (which is a blessing after a long day in Disney) and a great heated pool and spa to relax in afterwards. A wonderful home and location
This is what you expect when you rent a home! Very clean, well appointed. A lovely place that you would be comfortable staying either short or long term. Furniture was in great condition and the beds were great. I would definitely come back!

But a whole lot sunnier! This is a beautiful home -comfortable, functional and spacious. The neighbourhood is quiet, well maintained and safe. Morning walks are a pleasure. Florida sunshine was a treat for a couple of winter-weary Canadians.

My family of 5 and I were very pleased with our six day stay in this very nice home. The owner was pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to our questions. The home is located in a gated community, it is very tastefully decorated & has all the comforts of home. The location was about 20 minutes away from Disney & Universal. There are many places to eat & grab necessities. The beds were very comfortable, decor is updated, and appliances are like new. We very much enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub after long days at the amusement parks. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. It was a great experience.

We booked this home for a short vacation for my family of 7. Beautiful house! Everything was great! Communication with owner was very easy. Our children loved the pool/spa. House was VERY clean which is always a plus for us. Home was well stocked with kitchen items such as pots/pans etc. We would stay here again.

Love this house!!
This is such a comfortable home, I loved my stay here. The house and decorations are absolutely beautiful! We had an issue with the tv when we first arrived and the host (Frank) contacted me immediately and walked us through how to get the tv going. This house has everything in the kitchen anyone would need to prepare meals. The neighborhood is super quiet and neighbors are friendly and helpful. When arriving back to the house on Thursday night, I noticed that one of the neighbors had pulled the garbage can to the front. I wasn't sure who it was but if they read this review, thank you very much! Those acts of kindness matters, you know that you were staying next door to individuals that care. I hope to be able to rent this same house, at the same time, next year!!

Enjoyed our stay!
The place was great. Clean (which is the #1 thing I care about), well-maintained. Great pool. Nice office set-up. Easy check-in and check-out process. Never needed to reach out to property manager for any help so I can't speak to that process. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and a good place for a run. It is also close to a main thoroughfare where you can find shopping, restaurants, etc. Would recommend.

Relaxing Retreat
We had an amazing vacation and were extremely pleased with our rental. The house is beautiful and set up nice for a family. I traveled with my husband, 3 teenage daughters and my mother. I truly appreciated the handrails in the bathroom and shower for my mom. It allowed me to relax more knowing she had that extra safety. While we were there I was able to communicate with Frank who was very kind and helpful. We spent a great deal of time relaxing and playing in the pool. I appreciated that Frank let us warm up the pool with no extra charge. I share this becasue we had family staying at a different house and they were charged a large amount to "heat" the pool and hot tub which weren't even that warm. Overall I would rate this VRBO a 10. Extremely accommodating, clean, and great location.
