„Love, love, loved it. The listing was great but the property was amazing. So many options to stay busy. Not to mention they had the option of extra toothbrushes incase you needed one. And the female products were greatly appreciated and thoughtful! I will definitely be coming back and renting again! Our guests were vrbo first timers and were extremely impressed! The beds were a bit soft for my liking but comfortable non the less.“

„Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!“

„The apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. It is located in a good area for what we needed. The parking is a little odd, and someone parked behind our car a few times, which ended up being ok, but would not have if we had kept the truck the car rental orignally gave us. We always had a parking spot though.The kitchen could also use a few things to make cooking easier, but we were able to make what we needed and overall had a good stay.“

„I booked this place for a quick overnight trip in Sacramento. The place can do with a little cleaning. There was food on the pull out bed, strands of hair on the floor and the blinds required some dusting. With all of that said I would stay the night again. The place was in a safe area, plenty of places to eat and everything was a reasonably priced. “

„Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was very clean, and had everything we might need - easy parking, comfy beds, places to hang out (front room, kitchen, outdoors - tho it was cold for outside for is as we were visiting family for thanksgiving, but it looked very pleasant :) soaps, towels, dishes etc. It also had lovely decor while feeling very comfortable and was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure. “

„The property was in a good neighborhood and wasn’t bad overall. The property managers communication was good. The listing (pictures and details) were miss leading (no gym, pool table was kids size and more) The furniture was the worst part. It was either not put together or broken with the boxes and extra parts all around the house in closets and drawers. I would recommend this property and property manager as a second option.“
