Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants und Restaurants sowie familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu einem schönen öffentlichen Park, der nur 100 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist, und nur 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Dayton und der UD Arena entfernt. Sie werden meinen Platz wegen der Gemütlichkeit und der Lage lieben. Die Küche ist mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit modernen Möbeln und einem 55-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher mit einzigartigen Kunstwerken an den Wänden ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein zusätzliches Badezimmer und einen Flachbildfernseher, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Alle Zimmer sind mit Queensize-Memory-Schaum-Matratzen der Marke Serta ausgestattet. Ich habe auch eine automatisierte selbstaufblasbare Queen-Size-Matratze für jüngere Mitglieder des Gefolges bereitgestellt. Es gibt einen voll funktionsfähigen Gasgrill zum Grillen und einen Liegestuhl, auf dem die Gäste in den heißen Sommermonaten unterhalten können. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen eingezäunten Garten, damit die Kinder während ihres Aufenthalts spielen und Spaß haben können. Es hat auch eine vollautomatische überdimensionale Garage für ein Auto und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Autos auf einmal.
Mein Anwesen ist ideal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern), egal ob es sich um ein Wiedersehen, eine Hochzeit, einen Abschluss oder eine Geschäftsreise handelt. Sie werden dieses gut ausgestattete Haus genau richtig finden. Es hat 1500 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche und kann eine 8-köpfige Familie beherbergen.

In town for a family wedding and this home was just what we needed for our family of 6 adults. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to the venue and easy to access. The home was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again if another event brought us back to the area.

My family of 5 stayed from June 21-23 for the air show in Dayton. The house was very confortable for our weekend trip. It was clean and smell really good. There were complementary snacks and drinks for us, that was a very nice welcoming touch. Paschal was very attentive at all time, he even helped us with some suggestions on restaurants for dinner. Lovely home
Very easy check in. Never met the host in person but we kept in touch via text. Hes very friendly and directions were very clear from him. House was very clean. There was enough towels and most importantly toilet paper provided . Even had soap and body wash in the 2 bathrooms. Parking in the garage was a bonus which made us feel safer not having to go outside to our car during the evening or in the rain. Upon arrival there was a basket of snacks, water and juice in the fridge all complimentary. Beds were comfy. Master bedroom has a TV and bathroom Nice size kitchen w room to move around in. Nice 4 seating dining table We appreciated the alarm system in the home. It would alert us every time a door was opened Every bedroom had its own A/C unit along w the kitchen/ dining area Nice quiet neighborhood w a huge private fenced in backyard If we are ever in the area again we would not hesitate to rent this lovely home again Thanks again Paschal for sharing your home w us !!

Convenient Location
The property is nice but I was disappointed with the window air conditioning. "Modern amenities" to me includes central air. There could have been a few more dishes available too. There were only 2 cereal bowls, no serving bowls and no skillet or for preparing breakfast. There was a stove top griddle I found but it was warped and barely usable. The master bedroom door and bathroom door both screech loudly when used. Maybe a little WD-40 would be helpful. The location was very convenient for traveling. We were near major routes that would take us anywhere we needed to go.

The house was spacious and in a good neighborhood. It was easy to find places in the Dayton area. The host was great to connect with and provided an easy checkin and out process. The house was warm upon arrival with no central AC but it didn’t take long to cool down with AC units in each room!

What a pleasant experience!!
Paschal is a very attentive host. Check in and Check out intructions were easy and communicated well. Any questions I had were responded to in a timely manner. There were even complimentary snacks, water, juice, and some toiletries. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Pleasant stay
We spent a few days in the home and I give it 4.5/5 stars. Communication with Paschal was top notch! He was attentive and responsive. I didn't have to request information as he was prompt with any form of communication. The area had me concerned, mainly from reading highest crime areas of the Dayton area, but prior reviews eased my mind. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with some land next to it. I didn't feel uneasy about the location. The only downfall about the location would be having to drive 15 minutes to a grocery store or restaurant. The house itself is old but has been updated to accommodate. It had a very welcoming feel to it. My biggest complaint had to do with some minor cleaning issues, however I notified Paschal verbally so that it may be addressed prior to the next tenant. Lastly, out of the 3 bedrooms, I (the reviewer) unfortunately had the worst bed in the house. The room across from the master had the most uncomfortable mattress (too firm) and the bed creaked at the slightest movement. I asked my family if they had any issues sleeping and they all loved their bed. To confirm this, I tested each bed and they were much more comfortable than mine. I needed an extra trip to the chiropractor after my unfortunate, broken bed. Aside from that, it was a nice place. The rest of my family loved it and had no complaints. The kitchen was lovely. The home is perfect for your Dayton area needs. Thanks again.
