Welcome to Gunbarrel Ranch House! This stunning property boasts 6 acres of pure natural beauty, with breathtaking views of Flathead Lake & the Mission Mountains. Lake Access is a short 5 minute drive away. The centerpiece of the property is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom house with high-end finishes & an abundance of natural light throughout. Designed for entertaining, this charming vacation home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams & large south facing windows to take full advantage of nature’s beauty.
*Master Suite, Guest room, kitchen and living area all on main level. Main level and deck can be accessed without taking stairs or steps.
THE MAIN LEVEL:
The upper level, which is the main level of the home, has a well-appointed chef’s kitchen fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. Complete with Thermador appliances, a bar sink and an expansive eating counter that leads into the living room, the heart of this home is perfect for gathering with friends and family. The gorgeous floor-to-ceiling natural rock fireplace offers an additional spot for some quality moments to be spent together. The mudroom can be found on the main level as well and includes a commercial washer and dryer. There is radiant in-floor heating throughout the entire home, which combined with the fireplaces, makes the house super cozy; perfect after a day of skiing or playing in the snow! Step out onto the large covered deck to enjoy your morning cup and take it all in! 5 minute drive to lake access.
THE BEDROOMS:
Master Suite
The master suite is spacious and cozy with its own rock fireplace. It is tastefully decorated with plush bedding and plenty of closet space complete with a full size washer and dryer in the closet. The master suite also has an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in steam shower. Access the deck through its own private entry and make full use of the gorgeous lake views while breathing in the clean mountain air.
Main Level Guest Bedroom
In this lovely guest room you will find a queen bed, full-size closet and private access to the expansive deck.
Lower Level Guest Bedroom
Our lower level guest bedroom provides a king bed and full-size closet as well as a large window from which to enjoy the lake view.
Lower Level Bunkroom
The kids will love this room! The quad twin beds are soft and cozy and will make the kids feel like they’re in their very own bear den! There is ample space in the closet and room to store all the kids’ belongings and the lake is once again visible from this window.

THE LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level den is a superb spot to grab a book off the bookcase and snuggle up close to the wood burning rock fireplace. If you would rather watch a movie, you can do so on the 85 inch flat screen TV. The den is also where you will find a 4 stool wood-top bar nestled on an impressive and massive single piece of rock; simply perfect for entertaining! The large slider will lead you out onto the patio where you can either enjoy the hot tub, walk out onto the lawn, or sit around the fire. The lower level is also where you will find the Lower Level Guest Room, the Quad Bunkroom and a shared bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE:
Take a stroll around the expansive property and you’ll find plenty of peaceful spots to soak up the natural beauty of Montana. Relax on the expansive deck and enjoy the stunning sunsets, or gather around the fire pit for some s’mores under the stars. The large covered deck that spans the back of the house offers the perfect way to turn summer stays into a blend of indoor and outdoor living, whether that means meals or relaxation time around the fire pit. The lower level of the house also has a long, covered patio complete with a 7 person hot tub. The concrete patio on the lower level has equally spectacular views of the lake and mountains as the upper level, but also has convenient access to the almost 6 acre property. There are plenty of seating areas and a very large manicured lawn for outdoor games of soccer, bocce ball, corn hole and more! In the winter time the kids can even build their very own snowman or go sledding. Memories to be made await at Gunbarrel Ranch House!
GUEST ACCESS:
Gunbarrel Ranch House will be your own Montana retreat. The house has plenty of parking and an expansive deck, exclusively for your use. The 5.8-acre property is shared with Gunbarrel Studio Cabin, which can be booked via its own listing to add more space for your group. While the downstairs garage and the mudroom closet are not accessible to guests, you can utilize the 3-car garage located in the upper level to suit your needs.

HOME SAFETY:
Security cameras on property
Exterior security cameras & noise level monitors are present on property covering the front & garage doors & driveway. There are no interior cameras & no cameras on the deck, patio or backyard. There are cigarette smoke & noise decibel detectors throughout the property. They do not record audio.

As a family-run business, your exceptional experience is the result of our tireless effort and meticulous attention to detail. We cherish hosting guests and kindly request your assistance in maintaining the following guidelines:
-Our neighborhood is friendly and tranquil, and we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors. This area is ideal for listening to nature so please keep in mind others are doing the same.
-For the safety of all, we ask that you lock all windows when not in use. In an effort to conserve energy, we ask that you turn off all lights and air conditioning when not in use.
-We are on septic. Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than human waste and the provided toilet paper. Absolutely no wipes, feminine products or other “flushable” items. A backed up septic system may incur a fee of up to $1,000.00.
-Please do not light any candles as these are decorative only.
-Please ensure all fires in fire pit or fireplaces are extinguished before leaving the house at any time.
-Kindly remove shoes to help maintain the cleanliness of the house. There is a sitting area in the mudroom and a rack for your shoes. We appreciate your effort in this.
-If excessive wear and tear is found on property or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, stains, animals or tears to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper or flooring, guests authorize owners to charge them for the cost to remedy that repair.
