Es ist auch sehr nah an den Eingängen der Wright Patt Air Force Base. Es ist nur etwa 5 Minuten zur Wright State University, 10 Minuten zum Nutter Center (wenn Sie gerne verschiedene Shows zu sehen) und Downtown Dayton (Oregon District, Universität von Dayton, Schuster Center, Miami Valley Hospital und andere).

Short stay
Pricing was reasonable. The neighbors had trash in their yard and dogs would bark a lot. I liked the house very cozy. Fridge was not completely cleaned and some towels were left in a basket previously used that appeared unclean. Beds weren’t as comfortable as expected.

Just what we needed for a busy wknd
This was perfect location for our stay. We had a wedding to attend and it was a quick wkend trip. We had trouble with booking via vrbo site itself and the owner was great to work with over that. The kids enjoyed the game room, the train nearby didn’t sound as close as it was and wasn’t a problem for us . This was perfect location for our stay. The airforce museum is right accross the street , and Pettitbon coffee is like a mile down the road (highly recommend). We would stay here again.

This property offered enough room for us all to stay comfortably. We wish we'd had more time to visit the Airforce museum again, but we did an overnight stay this time. We got a game or two of air hocky in before we left. The kids enjoyed exploring the available books and games.

Convenient to the AF museum
An older home so not new and modern, the wood floors are creaky, but that didn’t bother us. Bed was comfortable as was the living room furniture. Our request for more towels was taken care of promptly. Ice maker was jammed, so not working and we let the owner know. We stayed 2 nights and were booked for 3, but decided to pack up and leave after dinner on the 3rd night We only live an hour away and had some impending medical issues in a couple days. Owner is very responsive to communications and responds promptly. He is even going to mail us the phone charger my husband left behind. Above and beyond.

Perfect for Air Force Museum and Wright Brothers' Aviation Trail
This charming older home is very conveniently located directly across from the entrance to the US Air Force Museum in a quiet neighborhood. You can stand on the porch and look over at historic planes on the museum grounds. Painted bright cheerful blue with yellow door, it could not be easier to find. While there is a driveway, we found it so convenient to park on the blacktop across the street. It's like they made the street extra wide just for pull-in parking. There are no houses across the street, hence the uninterrupted view of the museum. We could get to all the Wright brothers' sites easily as well as the Dayton Art Institute and a several brew pubs. The house has excellent WiFi and two televisions. While I didn't cook in the kitchen, I did make coffee in the Mr. Coffee but the host also provided a Keurig with pods. I just happened to have brought drop supplies. I thought the aviation artwork on the walls was a nice touch and the leather sofas were especially comfortable. There were games, books and puzzles. The host was prompt in communications. We enjoyed our stay.

Incredible Location Across From The USAF Museum
You cannot get any closer if you want to stay near the USAF Museum. A nice house with everything to make you feel like home. A GREAT selection of movies and a DVD player if you need entertainment. A nice base camp for your adventures!

Wonderful Stay
This cute little house is exactly as listed. Was across the highway from the USAF Museum with parking in the gated driveway. Had everything you need and was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable but the only issue I had was that the bed was very low to the floor and if you've got bad knees it's a little difficult but that in no way detracts from the house itself.

Had a great time while spending the weekend for the Air Force Marathon. Walking distance to the Air Force Museum and the start of the run. Perfect location and perfect size for our small group. Would definitely stay again! 5 stars!

Perfect accommodations for a museum visit!
The blue house is easy to find and it’s set off a quiet neighborhood road right across from the Air Force museum. My kids ages 6 and 4 loved having books they could read and some games like Uno available for us. The best part was watching them discover how to play ping pong and air hockey for the first time at the house. We had a nice couple nights enjoying the front porch after the kids went to bed we will book this again when we visit the museum!

Very clean but older than the pictures indicated. Appreciated the budget stay though for the one night and convenient location to the Air Force museum!! If you're a coffee drinker bring your own things. Also be sure to check out the area to be sure you feel comfortable with the location 👍 Easy check in and out and great communication with the owners.

Prefect Location, Nice Overall
Older home in a quiet neighborhood. Very centrally located for our trip to visit family. Enjoyed hving the AFB & museum across the street. Easy to find other necessities (gas, groceries, restaurants) within a short drive. The home was nice. Plenty of room for 3 adults and one child. Cute porch for morning coffee. Large kitchen. Our son enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. Yard was nice, larger than expected (wish we would have brought lawn games like bocce ball or cornhole). Bike trails easily accessed. Owner was very nice, communicative & flexible. The house wasn't spotless, but overall it exceeded our expectations. No complaints & will definitely look at staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thank you!

The property is very nice and clean! It was in a wonderful location right across the street from the Wright Patterson Air Force museum. It was also close to the Hollywood casino for those interested in that sort of thing. Management of the property was great and very easy to communicate with!
