We are pleased to report that the Ocean Walk Resort came through the hurricanes with no major damage, and all amenities, including beach access were not impacted.

*Currently, upgrades are underway on the lazy river, south tower pool and hot tub, which are expected to be closed until December 15th. Guests will still enjoy access to the north tower outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, kids interactive aquatic island playground, both indoor pools as well as all indoor amenities.

Stunning Direct Oceanfront Condominium with miles of breathtaking views. This beautiful newly renovated condo includes upscale furniture and decor along with a gorgeous full kitchen. New upgrades include granite countertops, flooring, stainless appliances, two new flat screen TV's, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and more! The large private oceanfront balcony invokes peace with spectacular views of the beach, pools, band shell and pier. Beautiful decor, fully furnished with two full sized beds in a large private bedroom, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

For the entire family, this resort is a watery paradise, whether you opt to play in the pools - there are two outdoor heated pools - or run into the waves. There's a water slide and lazy river where kids (and adults) can float lazily along on tubes. One pool includes an interactive, aquatic island playground. Ocean Walk's beach is car-free and kid-friendly.

The resort is right on the sand making quick runs to your room throughout the day easy for snacks or breaks from the sun. You can't ask for a more well-rounded vacation spot! Indoor mini golf, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults.

Situated next to the famous Daytona Beach bandshell, you can enjoy frequent concerts presented by well-known artists, numerous special events, as well as athletic competitions that continue to make Daytona a popular destination. A short walk up the Boardwalk to the pier allows for fishing, rides or some great fun food. Walk across the street to Daytona Lagoon, a water park that's fun for the entire family. It includes a go-cart racecourse and state of the art video arcade. Beautiful condo, very clean and beautiful view. Stayed with 2 adults and a child for 3 nights and was plenty of room. Amenities ran out like toilet paper (1.25 rolls) and laundry detergent so be prepared to bring that especially with swimming in the ocean and pool. Just was so glad to have a washing machine in the condo. Had major trouble with shower water being cold however maintenance was called through contacting the host and came the following day (at night) which didn’t help. However water was restored to proper temp eventually. Host Continually questioned us not having hot water (very very defensive) however maintenance says it sometimes doesn’t get to the 14th floor immediately after non use. lol (Tell that to our screaming 3 year old) uggghh Just be prepared to call right away if something isn’t working they do respond. Beautiful view nice layout.easy parking and directly on beach and pool.

Simple Family Fun Vacation
We enjoyed our stay here! We had our family of 5 along with another family that stayed in another unit in the same building. Plenty of things for the kids to do and the adults enjoyed it also. One suggestion is to add an oven mitt as we couldn't find one in the room. But otherwise, all basic kitchen needs were available and we were able to have simple meals and enjoy our time as a family.

Amazing!
We were down for a convention and I had the most incredible stay!The pools were fantastic, the room was just the perfect size, and I absolutely adored the kitchen and the stunning view. Plus, being close to everything made the whole experience even better. We parked the car when we got there (Friday) and did not have to move it until we left (Monday) because everything was so close and walking distance! Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway. Great for all ages my 1 and 2 year old had a blast in the splash pad and she kept calling it “our home” will definitely be staying here again!

Wyndham is a fabulous resort I absolutely love it there!! Walking distance to so much!! Our room was nice for what we needed it for. I love having ocean view and just sitting out on the balcony I was fortunate enough to see dolphins!! Had no big major issues!! I just suggest more dish ware and a broom with dust pan. There’s a vacuum but it doesn’t really pick up anything! The dryer eats anything that has a string so be careful of that!! Anytime I go to Daytona I will definitely stay at the Wyndham!!

The condo looks like the pictures! It was clean and we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Normal wear and tear on the front door and hallway. The balcony was my favorite place with an awesome view from the 14th floor. Kitchen is nice, no pot holders, pizza pan and once we hooked up the ice maker in the freezer it was good. The washer/dryer worked, not great though. We did have trouble with the air conditioning, but the owners acted quickly. We had 2 visits from maintenance which were friendly and professional. It was working in 48 hours. We did have issues with the building. It has 4 elevators. Only 3 worked our entire stay. A lot of waiting time. The security at the pool can be stern, but people save spots and then leave for hours to the beach, ridiculous. The bar serves good drinks! Parking was good. **Important - if you arrive early utilize the early check in fee information. They will not let you check in before 4:00. We had groceries and the front entrance was very busy. I managed to get approved by the owners and in by 2:00. The shops and restaurants in walking distance are nice and convenient. Overall, our stay in this condo was comfortable and relaxing.

The views from this property were beautiful and the unit was clean and set up pretty well for the limited space available. The location was easy to access the pool, beach, shops, etc. - just don't expect a peaceful quiet stay, because there's nowhere to fully escape the noise. Even with cold weather, the outdoor pool lounge chairs were all full right away and beach gets crowded as soon as the sun comes out. Some people may love that scene - not us. The outdoor pools would be a lot of fun for kids or a younger crowd if it was warm weather, but when it was cold, it was disappointing as the hot tubs only allow those 16 and up to get in, and they were often overflowing with college aged kids, and the indoor pools weren't warm enough. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The couch pull out bed was missing several springs so if you sat on the end, you'd fall through. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but only had 1 bowl, 2 coffee cups, a few various plates and a sparse collection of silverware. The toilet would often take several flushes to work. That was disappointing for the price we paid, and having been to many VRBO's in the past, it's the little touches that make a big difference. Beware of the dryer. It caught and ruined my hoodie. Overall, it was a much nicer Daytona stay for our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teens) than you'd find elsewhere along the strip, but next time we'll opt out of the resort scene and look for something more quiet and peaceful.

We liked the Condo. It was clean and the photos were accurate on the site. There were a few things that didn’t work. The main thing that didn’t work was the ceiling fan and light in the living room. Also there wasn’t very many glasses or coffee cups. For the most part it was nice.

Going to Oceanwalk in October has become a tradition. This stay lived up to the expectation of excellence we have come to expect. The room was ready at check-in and the check-in process was easy. The condo was exactly like the pictures! Clean and stocked when we got there. Fast and friendly check in and parking! Amazing balcony and oceanfront view. Walkable to restaurants and famous boardwalk with Daytona 200 history. Close to everything. Pizza and ice cream right across the street as well as souvenir shopping! We also heard a concert at the famous castle stage Saturday night. Love the music at the pools and safety guards always there to make sure all stay safe in the pools and lazy River. This is the condo to stay in! It’s upgraded and direct oceanfront- can’t get that promise from Wyndham! Book it!
