Host had to cancel two days before our arrival

I wrote to the host to find out about check in and she wrote back saying that the building was having work done and we wouldn't be able to stay there. She did offer some alternatives but we used something different. It took 3 different phone calls of approkximately an hour each in order to receive our refund. We were not pleased with the process.

Cinnamon Beach Oceanfront

Overall this was a really nice place. I would suggest refreshing the linens as they were clean, but dingy. The main area rug was also not well vacuumed and the floors left my feet very dirty. The secondary bedroom windows face the exterior walkways. At night the rooms were illuminated by the outside lights. Blackout shades over the windows is a must.

Love this location! My family enjoys the direct beach access (never crowded) and pools provided at this property. The condo has an amazing non obstructed view from the balcony- perfect for enjoying the ocean views. Condo itself was very comfortable! Woyld definitely use this property again.

Ultimate Beach Getaway- 10/10 experience

The condo is very luxurious with beach vibes! Very clean, AC was awesome, and all appliances, bedding, towels were top quality! All furniture is very comfortable and premium quality. The view from the balcony doesn’t get any better! Oceanfront! The beach items the owners provided were top quality! The decor in every room was great! We normally switch condos every year- this is our 4th year- but we will return to this condo next year! All family members agreed from teens to adults ❤️ trust us! Book this condo now! You will have no regrets!

Shabby Chic

We love Cinnamon Beach and this was our 4th time renting here..first time this unit. It looks great in the pictures and I am sure at one time it was lovely...but now it is "shabby chic" Chipped cabinets, ceiling fans don't work, floors not clean, sheets worn out, poorly equipped kitchen, chipped dishes and coffee mugs, dirty slip covers on the sofas. We asked for white wine glasses (only had 1) and got them 3 days later...we loved the porch area but it needed at least 2 lounge chairs...only. had 1?? Drapes ripped and worn out, bath towels need replacing....we will NOT be renting this unit again....all the others we have rented were much better. We ended up purchasing some kitchen items and for the week and taking them home with us. The dishwasher is circa 1995, loud and missing many of the rungs from rusting and breaking. The washer was broken and we had to meet the repair people...time window was 1 to 4, completely ruined our afternoon! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONDO

Great stay at Cinnamon Beach! Condo is very comfortable and has super views of the ocean. A few upgrades needed for sure, but overall very clean and within a short walk to the gorgeous beach or community pool. Suitable for just about anyone who enjoys a family getaway to a quieter spot where dogs are welcome and children can have endless fun exploring Palm Coast.

This is a great complex that is very child and family friendly. We have been several times over the years and have stayed at different units within the same complex. This unit is very clean and well appointed. It has a great direct ocean front view. I found the property manager to be very communicative and helpful.

We were overall very pleased with this condo. The ocean views, beach access and overall aesthetic of the condo were all wonderful. We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach. A word of caution (having nothing to do with the unit) check beach conditions. As of 06.24.2023, storms from last fall eroded the beaches leaving behind large cochina boulders affecting surf access. Thankfully, the pools were nearby for swimming.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. We drove to the Kennedy Space Center for a day and St. Augustine for a day. Both were within an hour drive. Instacart delivers to this area so having groceries ready to go was a plus. We enjoyed the community center and ordering burgers pool side. The beach is very unique at this condo. When the tide is out you can catch critters in the rocky tide pools. We caught/released a cuddle fish, crabs, and mud skippers. It’s a pet friendly area so we brought our dog with us. We loved the location.

Perfect vacation

As a new VBRO-er, I don’t have a lot of experience with rentals. I cannot imagine a better experience. Everything was perfect. The unit was spotless, and furnished beautifully. The surrounding property was perfectly maintained. I miss my mornings of coffee on the porch listening to the ocean and watching the sunrise. I highly recommend.

Great week getaway

The condo was decorated beautifully and extremely spacious. Check in was easy and gate passes were easy to obtain. Loved the amenities of the community! Kids loved the game rooms and the pools were great especially the "quiet pool". Balcony ocean view was amazing and the afternoon breeze made sitting on the balcony one of my favorite spots. We also loved the close access to the beach. Rocks on the beach were not as bad as others said. Family surfers waited until late afternoon to catch the surf while the tide was out and rocks not a safety hazard. Our 3lb puppy had a wonderful time too and the condo unit has designated "dog potty areas" and doggie waste stations. It was great. A few condo improvements would have made it an even better experience. Circuit breaker tripped 3 days in a row for the master bedroom and 1 day for the front south guest bedroom. Blackout curtains are greatly needed in all areas where guests are sleeping. No unit window has window coverings that are adequate for keeping out light. Bed springs could be replaced in all beds. Front south bedroom bed I slept in was awful. Could not even lean, sit or lay on bed without major squeaking happening. Would add to the condo with better sleeping arrangements. Overall, we had a great time!

Great Location

This was our second time at Ocean Hammock/Cinnamon Beach as we prefer family friendly, more quiet places. We like the size of the condos in these buildings which accommodate our family well. This was our first time in this unit. While the condo has some great décor, attention to details needs improvement. When we travel to a beach condo and pay good money for the week, we do expect extra cleanliness and attention to details. Kitchen was unpleasantly dirty and outdated, dirty dishes in the cabinets, a few more kitchen towels in the drawer would be nice, dust everywhere. Master bed needs a mattress cover, clean extra pillows, better quality linens as well as a functioning toilet tissue holder. Power in master bedroom intermittently turns off and needs resetting at the circuit panel. Overall the condo unit is a great layout, view from balcony is wonderful. It has great potential.

2022 Summer Vacay

Great location, easy access to the beach, good amenities including two pools and grill where you can order lunch and drinks pool side. Had a gym onsite, however it is small and once you have 5 people in there it’s crowded. Lots of areas to take long walks or runs if you like to exercise. Flagler Beach is close by and so is St. Augustine, with many food options and activities. The condo was very comfortable and patio is relaxing while looking over the ocean. The kitchen however is not fully stocked. There is plenary of silverware, but limited plates, bowls and cups. There are plenty of pots and pans and cutting boards. They only give you 3 trash bags, one roll of paper towels and 3 pods for the dish washer. There are no spices, salt, pepper, etc. There is no olive oil or Pam spray. I only state this information so you know what you need to bring. They also have a regular coffee maker, which requires coffee filters and ground coffee. We had a great stay and really loved the place. It was very comfortable for my family and I and we truly enjoyed our vacation.
