Wonderful!
The property is gorgeous! The house was immaculate. Beds were comfy! It was beautiful watching the sunrise while hearing all the birds around - so peaceful. The cabin was cozy and thoughtfully decorated. They had so many extras like shampoo and conditioner and body wash and a new sponge and dish soap and even tinfoil! I was so thankful! The TV was huge and the couch very comfy. My son is allergic to dogs so we were worried being a pet friendly cabin that his allergies would flair up but the cabin was so clean that he never even sneezed! Everything is brand new -it was beautiful!

You must stay here!!
I cannot over emphasize how lovely this place was. Everything that you need to make your stay feel like you're at home is provided in this house. The area was so peaceful. I have not slept through the night without interruption in a very long time. The house was so comfy that there were times that, I did not even want to leave but just wanted to hang out and enjoy the day. We did make it to the Ark and the Creation Museum, both we not far of a drive. And of course everyone wants to know bow close the nearest Wal-mart is...15 minutes. I highly recommend staying at this house, you will not be disappointed. Plenty of space for the whole family. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful property; can’t wait to return
Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the lovely farmhouse this January. We had more than enough room, linens, comfy beds, and a well appointed kitchen. The couch is super comfy to sleep on too! The cabin was very clean and the view was so peaceful. We will be back next year no doubt! Perfect location for visiting the Ark.

Moms/Grandmas birthday weekend
This house is adorable. Plenty of space for 10 of us to celebrate my moms 80th birthday. Fixed our meals there. Went to the Ark Encounter. Watched football. Cows greeted us in the evening. Only hiccup was getting there. Copied the directions sent to me, but it did not get me to the House. Luckily my sister was already there and dropped us a pin. We were about 9 miles off. Would definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Home Away from Home
From start to finish, we could not have selected a better rental for the weekend. The farmhouse was super clean and comfortable. The owner and property manager were very responsive and excellent. A great experience!

Beautiful New Farmhouse
This home away from home was perfect! Clean and roomy!! We took advantage of fresh eggs and firewood that is advertised on the fridge. The road it is on has beautiful scenery!! Short country drive to the Ark Encounter and about an hour drive to the Cincinnati Zoo!! Visit Reclaimed Ranch just down the road, cute animals!! We would stay again!!

Perfect spot for The Ark Encounter area
Incredible newly built farm house with lots of character and modern conveniences tucked away in the hills of Kentucky. Just a few minutes from the Ark Encounter and the perfect place for multiple couples or a family before and after a day on the Ark. Nothing but hills and cows surrounding this great get away. Best we’ve experienced.

The Perfect Stay
The cabin was absolutely perfect! It was so cute and clean. It was the perfect distance from the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It was off of the road, so it provided plenty of privacy. We and our kids had an amazing time.

Perfect Getaway
This property was absolutely beautiful. There were 9 of us total, we had plenty of space for all of us. The house was well stocked which made it easier to travel and not need to pack bedding/towels etc. We loved the visits from the cows next door. We especially like traveling to properties that are pet friendly, so we appreciated our 2 dogs being able to come along. The property itself if nestled back off the road which gave us our own little getaway. We loved everything about it. Perfect location between the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Cincinnati etc.

Everything the website said was true.
There were 8 family members plus 1 dog. The property was very clean, secluded and everything you could want. Well stocked with towels, linens, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, coffee pots and more. Very comfortable beds and loved the front porch with rocking chairs and we all played games. Great House, close to Ark Encounter!
My brother and I, along with our spouses and kids (ages 8-16) stayed at this house while we visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. There is a large yard and the home is very private. The kids loved running and playing outside. The house is 15-20 mins from the Ark and around 45-50 mins from the Creation Museum. My only complaint is that the house was hard to find and Google Maps took us to the wrong location about 20 minutes away from the house. It would be helpful if there were written directions given with the check in instructions/key code, etc. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we all agreed we would definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area again.

Beautiful Home
We loved everything about this home. It truly felt like a home away from home. I was surprised to see all the little extra things that you normally don’t get in a house rental. They had salt and pepper and even a dispenser in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wow… down to the details. The home and land that it’s on is absolutely beautiful. No one should ever complain about this little home. It is perfect!!!

Wonderful!
We had a great time staying at the farmhouse. The house was exceptionally clean and smelled great when we walked in! The fresh peonies on the table were a really nice touch. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings and getting visits from the cows. Really idyllic setting. We also went to check out the Reclaimed Ranch down the road and fell in love with all the amazing animals there. Thank you Ashley for an amazing visit! We loved our trip to Kentucky and can't wait to head back!

Beautiful home with relaxing atmosphere.
Everyone loved the rolling hills and gorgeous countryside. The house was comfortable for our group of eight. The upstairs had plenty room for us all to gather together and not feel crowded. The house also has several nice smaller areas you can can sit alone or visit one on one quietly. Everyone slept well on the comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out for cooking homemade meals. There was plenty refrigerator space for everyone’s stuff. The showers were very refreshing after our day away at the Ark.

We loved it and would definitely stay again
We comfortably fit 5 adults 1 teenager and 2 kids 10 and under. The table was perfect for all of us and the evening visitors of the family of deer was exciting for all. From enjoying coffee in the morning in the porch rocking chairs to campfire in the back it had everything anyone would need. Beautiful interior comfortable beds and the amenities of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the soaps and detergents it really checked all the boxes!
