Our cozy 2 bedroom condo is located in a beautiful resort! The unit has a walk-in walk-out private balcony facing west, which is only a few seconds walk to the Bow River. With in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen, our space has everything you need to feel at right at home. Whether you're here to explore or kick your feet up our space is the perfect fit.

National Park Pass included for guests visiting before November 2025 (due to upcoming changes linking park passes to individual vehicles)!

Wake up to the sun shining over the beautiful Rocky Mountains with an northwest facing view, you will enjoy beautiful sunsets easily seen from the Bow River merely seconds away. Cozy up on the couch, in front of the fireplace and watch some movies on the tv, or make the most of this beautiful terrain and get active!

You love to cook? The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need to cook yourself a meal, comes with all essentials; spice rack, oil, salt & pepper and cookware.

The unit offers a comfy queen bed and twin sized bunk bed as well as a full sized sleep sofa with high quality mattresses and professional grade hotel pillows. You won’t want to miss the fresh air right on your doorstep & the cozy night sleep you will have!

The Bow River is only a 30 seconds walk away surrounded by many beautiful forests. The Bow is known for fantastic fishing and beautiful vistas. If you desire some fresh mountain air, Banff, Canmore and Kananaskis are at your fingertips. Practice your skills on the pool table in the common room or work up a sweat in the fitness area. Shopping is close by with Canmore a few minutes West, Banff 20 minutes away and Calgary 45 minutes East. Groceries and essentials are all available in Canmore. Some essentials are available at the local gas stations and nearby Three Sisters including a small bistro and coffee shop that is a 6km hike from our doorstep. Get your morning walk in and enjoy a delicious coffee. Next door to the Bistro is a Wine, beer and spirits vendor. Remember, this is bear country and the local wildlife are just that - wild. Be safe and keep your distance.

A car will be needed for most activities unless a quiet walk along the Bow River is desired.

This is a family resort which is pet friendly. Not all units allow pets and ours does not. No parties or large gatherings are allowed in the unit and it is a non smoking facility. Please respect other guests.

For any after our issues here is your Emergency Contact (10pm-6am): Spillett Security at 403-493-4661 or 403-493-4660 (Water leaks, furnace break down, noise complaints, etc).

Extra Charges and Fees:
Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include:

- National park pass missing: $150+ for replacement. (until November 2025)
- Indigo Parking pass missing: $150 for a replacement.
- Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host)
- Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit)
- Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done)
- Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel)
- Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item)

My sister's and I stayed here Nov 22-24, 2024 and the BNB had everything we needed, even complimentary coffee! Pull-out couch was nice for watching cozy movies together. The hot tub was large, extra hot even throughout a frigid day, and well maintained. We feared our large truck (GMC Sierra) wouldn't clear the parkade but it did, and was so nice to have a secure, warm space for the vehicle. We walked around deadmans and would definitely come back on warmer weather to enjoy the river. Would highly recommend. Hosts were very communicative every step of the way.

A beautiful location
The place was in a great location. There were more of things that were not so great. Other than the big bed the mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. The veranda need a good sweeping and the moths between the screen door and wood door needed to be clean up. The sink doesn’t seem to hold water. The black book needed updating and the pepper shaker was broken so when I turned it upside down to grind a bunch of peppercorn fell into the food I was cooking. When it came to parking I feel the host should give the property company your plate number instead of having to locate the parking pass, take it downstairs then remember to return it at the end of your stay. There is a charge if you lose it or forget to return it. I won’t be back!

Josh and Emma have thought of everything when stocking their condo, it is very complete, you just need your clothes and food. It is very comfortable and homey feeling condo. We enjoyed our stay. Hostess was very accommodating as we needed a few items for example: tea towels, dish cloths extra towels & hand towels. The unit hadn't been dusted in awhile, the patio could have been swept clean & garbage on deck could have been picked up, but overall cleanliness in the unit was good. We were locked out of our unit for a brief time, but the hostess got on it immediately as soon as I contacted them which was very much appreciated. Thank you again to Joshua & Emma Would certainly recommend it to others.
