„I was initially a little skeptical about the property based on the some of the other residents/guests hanging around the building smoking both cigarettes and marijuana. But when we walked into the apartment, all that went away. The place is roomy and very comfortable. There was only 2 of us, but would easily accommodate a family. „Unfortunately we did not get to stay at this apparently lovely home. We had a freak ice storm that grounded us. My review is on my interaction with the owner. He was always responsive! AND given he had no reason to work with us, he was fair with the lost rental. We are replanning our trip and hope the home is available when we get everything reset. „This Condo has a great view of downtown. The Apartment was perfect for my husband and I as we were working at the Atlanta's Mart Gift Show. We could walk back and forth. It was a very short walk. We were able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted. There were plenty of restaurants near by.“
